Angel does not like being included in massive drama sprouts(Though she has had to before when both Prince Ice, Prince Silver and the royal cousin Owl all started a fight over who would take her as their girl. About Overdevelopment
As I've said a million times her ice power is stronger then most. Read the spoiler for details.

1. When she is flying the air around her drops around 50 degrees depending on it past temperature.
2. When she approaches water it will freeze due to the level of ice that a dragon can walk on it. This is only good for IceWings or dragons used to the cold that don't produce heat.
3. Lava, Molten, and fire can't stop the freeze breath from taking hold of it's victims life.
4. IceWings on IceWing territory use an animus touched object because the air around her lowers temperature like it does when she is flying. The only difference is the fact that it goes so cold even Underdeveloped and normal IceWings need animus magic to survive. Without animus magic for other dragons:
NightWing will die in 6 days.
SkyWing will die in 5 days.
SeaWing will die in 4 days.
SandWing will die in 2 days.
MudWing will die in 3 days.
RainWing will die in 1 day.
5. Yes, the IceWing animus tried to make her power weaker in fear of her turning evil but, it made her overdevelopment 2x more poerful.

History→She hatched as a daughter of Hornet. Though no-one ever knew who her mother was; which is one of the unknown mysteries that she wants to solve when she leaves Jad Mountain Academy. Hornet also never let her know if she had any siblings or not. Over her years as she grew up she became smarter teaching herself about the world on her own(because her father had no time with the guard duty). Finally, when she became 8, her father decided she was becoming too restless for her own good and sent her on the long journey to Jade Mountain Academy where she could learn with other dragons her age instead of teaching herself with books out of a HiveWing hive library in her nest with no-one to talk to.

Scroll 1 Appearance - (view spoiler)[

The first death was sadly served b Bay the SeaWing in the library. The body was found around mid-afternoon and her body was found by a group of around five or six dragons. The group consisted of Fang, Ladybug, Deathstalker, and maybe a few more dragons that names are unknown. Bay's body was surrounded by fresh blood adding suspicion that she hadn't been attacked long ago. There were two scars on the body, one long scar tearing from the upper neck to near the middle of her body on the right side and, the second scar scratched both her eyes causing if she lived she would have to continue on with life blind.

On the same day of the discovered body of Bay another dragon was found dead. Though the assassin took a different way of discovery this time. It is said it began to rain blood before Knapweed's body fell from the sky and knocked out a dragon. The dead body seemed choked to death due to loss of air and some holes in the body seemed to be used to drizzle blood. The body was discovered on the front ledge of JMA by Deathstalker, Ladybug, and Fang. (hide spoiler)]

Ladybug says she had met Deathstalker another HiveWing in the JMA prey center. They both went to the library together where they found Bay the SeaWing dead. Another dragon was there with them. His name was Fang and she says he left and returned with Tsunami the principal of the school. Tsunami took the dead body and cleaned the blood before leaving. Fang then went over the Deathstalker and Ladybug ad he proceeded to touch Ladybug after she kindly rejected. This spooked Ladybug and she ran from the prey center going to the ledge. She found out Fang had followed and she jumped off the cliff with fright. Though she forgot how to fly, she was caught by Deathstalker and they flew back up together. She was in shock and she went under and overhang still outside. There Fang tried to speak to her but she got distracted by some rain that turned out to actually be blood. Then, a few seconds later Knapweed's dead body fell from the sky and knocked her out cold.
Fang found the body in the library and he went off getting the principal and returned to find two other dragons in the library, Ladybug and Deathstalker, though Tsunami proceeded to get Bay's body out of the room. He saw Deathstalker do something to Ladybug scaring her out of the library and proceeded to frighten her off a cliff then afterward helped her up. He tried to speak with her noticing Deathstalker was gone and then a few seconds later Ladybug was out cold with Knapweed's body on top of her. (hide spoiler)]
