Aahana Question -
You said that if a book fulfils multiple prompts we can get combined points but all the prompts have to be from our team only. But you also said that you can take other team's prompts. I'm confused😅

Zoeisbookhooked Lol I confused myself with that. Yes you can use the other teams prompts. And yess you can combine prompts to get more points.

message 4: by Aahana (new)

Aahana Ah OK so the teams are just for like, points, right? Thanks! I'm excited :D

Zoeisbookhooked Yup. Just for points!! Glad you are!!

Zoeisbookhooked Yes. That’s what I did on discord and kinda why I wanted people to be on discord if they had it. But I will

message 7: by Holly (new)

Holly (hollyabookdragon) | 13 comments Do we need to complete all the prompts? idk if i can read that much

message 8: by Aahana (new)

Aahana Ooh and also can we repeat the prompts? For like different books.

Zoeisbookhooked You in NO way have to complete every prompt😂 I’m not!! If you are an overachiever go for it!

And I don’t think I’m gonna allow that just because someone may have loads of books for a 10 point prompt and use it over and over again and that may be cheating. That’s all.

message 10: by Aahana (new)

Aahana Oh that's fair! Was just confirming. Thanks! :)

message 11: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked Glad you understand! No problem :)

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

Do we get points if we read a book for a prompt one of our team members has already completed?

taylor ˚୨୧⋆。˚ ⋆ (taylorangelina) | 3 comments i might be wrong but i think every person on each team makes a tbr of the prompts they will do. for example each person could do 9 if they wanted.

message 14: by Aahana (new)

Aahana I think the prompts are individual, the team is just so that Zoe can add all the points of all the team members in the end, and then pick the winning team. Right?

message 15: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked Yes. You can do whatever prompts it’s just for a little competition. But basically you can all do the same prompts. Have none of you ever done a Readathon like this?

message 16: by Aahana (new)

Aahana Not one so laid back 😇 but it's good a holiday readathon should be laid-back.

message 17: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked Haha well I wanted to give people time to read their books. It is taking place in the holiday season so😂

message 18: by Aahana (new)

Aahana Yeah it's all great don't worry :)
Which team are you in btw?

message 19: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked I was going for Team Christmas Music but Team Movies needs more members so I joined that team.

message 20: by Maple (last edited Nov 21, 2020 05:39AM) (new)

Maple (bookish_maple) I asked to join team music on the google form when will I find out what team im on?

Where Can I tell my team what books I have read so I can get the points for my team?

Where can I find the full list of prompts written out with points?

If i want to quit the readathon for some reason what should I do?

Can I do re reads?

Can some of the books be adiobooks?

message 21: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked 1. That’s the team you are on. That’s just how I know how many members are on each team. You joined already :)

2. There is chat where you can tell your team. BUT!! There is a site you have to use everytime you complete a book so I can calculate your prompts. https://forms.gle/KwAkyH8v7zYUvx9F8

3. It’s in this group. If you go to the group home you should find a topic titled “Prompts”

4. Just contact me through dm on here and let me know so i can remove you.

5. Of course!

6. Yes definitely.

message 22: by Maple (new)

Maple (bookish_maple) Thank You so much

Zoeisbookhooked Aw thank you😂

message 26: by Maple (new)

Maple (bookish_maple) can a book be a re read even if it does not say so in the prompt

message 27: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked Yes

Kaitlyn (kaitlynreadskaitlyn) | 7 comments Do graphic novels count for this?

message 29: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked Yes!

Ok thanks! :)

message 31: by Ayla (new)

Ayla (storiesandfolklore) So I have a book that has a winter themed cover, snow on it, and mythical creatures in it, so would I be able to use it for all three prompts? Or is that too much? I'm sure I can find another book to fit mythical creatures

message 32: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked No that’s great! You can use it for as many as it fits!

message 33: by Ayla (new)

Ayla (storiesandfolklore) Okay! Thanks

message 34: by aarja (new)

aarja (aarjak) I have an important question: if I started a book in November and finished it in December will it be counted?
Btw this readathon is lovely 😇

message 35: by Zoeisbookhooked (new)

Zoeisbookhooked Ok so you need to have at least 100 pages of the book left or more. Becaus did it’s under 100 day you have like 50 pages left that’s basically cheating. So I agreed to 100 or more pages left.
And thank you :)

message 36: by Ayla (new)

Ayla (storiesandfolklore) Another question lol - people are asking how many points I have, and idk what the points are for each prompt? Did you post it somewhere and I missed it, or have you not posted them yet??

message 37: by Ayla (new)

Ayla (storiesandfolklore) Ohhhh thanks XD
