ᴄᴀᴍᴘ ᴇʟᴅᴇʀʙᴇʀʀʏ ꜰᴏʀ ᴇᴛʜᴇʀᴇᴀʟ ~ ꜱᴇᴍɪ-ᴅᴇᴛᴀɪʟᴇᴅ discussion

The Enchanted Forest is very spooky. It stretches over miles and miles of land. Large trees in a variety of types grow. Moss, grass, and small bushes cover the ground. Magical wildflowers grow, despite the lack of sun. Different kinds of mushrooms can be found on the forest floor, some edible, some poisonous. Vines hang down from some of the trees. Wild blackberry bushes are in certain areas close to the camp. The forest is sometimes used for survival events and games of capture the flag, but no one goes more than 3-4 miles into the forest, after which the growth is overly dense and mysterious.

Ok, this place works better)

Mazo sat down on a rock with a sigh, she was tired and upset. Although she refuses to take full responsibility she knows it is her fult.

Apple comes running in from the side. She was going as fast as she humanly could, and ended up bumping into Mazo. She fell backwards and looked up at Mazo, her red hair and eyes bright against the dark forest walls. "Wh-what are you doing out here?" She huffed, catching her breath. But she was also scared. Apple practically blended into the surroundings because of her earthy colour scheme.

"I was told to stay here away from people until tomorrow, you should go back into the camp, it is not safe out here.." Mazo said with a sigh, was she crying? It was too dark to tell one way or another.

Apple looked suprised at Mazo. "That . . . must be hard." Apple said. "And I can't go back to camp, people are looking for me and I dont really trust the system. They made Elsa use her power to the point of almost death." She just sat down. "How far into the forest are we?" She said, brushing leaves out of her hair. "Nowhere here is safe."

"We are around half a km into the forest. I don't believe they told Elsa to use her powers to that extent, I think she did it on her own. It is much safer there than it is out here. Unlike me, you can't just give anything a heart attack to kill it instantly. If something comes you could get caught in the crossfire." Mazo said, she was definitely crying a bit.

"And how do we know no one else has dangerous powers like you?" Apple said. "Honestly, anyone here could cause death. Elsa could unleash a death blizzard in her sleep if she had a nightmare, and I could bring back the worst memory you've ever had and make you think about it for the rest of your life. As of Elsa, its half my fault she passed out, considering I impulsively pulled her back." She stood up and pulled out her hairtie, letting down a long cascade of black hair. "This is a crazy camp full of weird things, we all make mistakes."

"The reason I know is because I am the only person in this camp's history to have ever accidentally killed somebody with my powers. It's not even like I was awake for it, I killed him as I slept. And if Elsa had a nightmare, who's power would be blamed for it." Mazo asked, ya she is crying now for sure.

Apple didn't know what to say or do. Considering her past, she wasn't good at talking or making speeches or even just making people feel better. Elsa was living proof she wasn't good at being around people. "Mazo . . . what made you unleash the fear?" Apple asked nervously. "Was it something about what happened as you were sleeping?"

"I.. I don't know. I was just having a dream about when I was with my parents on vacation to Greece. It was a great dream really. They are dead now though." Mazo said, tears rolling down her face, her voice was not really shaky or upset though.

It was dark in the forest, and she couldn't see the tears. All she heard was a smooth voice, and she couldn't tell she was sad. She knew it was hard to have someone dear to you die, though. So she walked to the side of her rock and kneeled down. "I'm so sorry." Apple said. "That must have been hard." She didn't pry. In reality, she was scared. Not of Mazo's power, but of herself. Her powerful emotions sometimes made her so impulsive. Mazo may make fear that caves into her brain, but she expected that. She would sit in the forest for however long it took, and she didn't even know who she was waiting for. So she wouldn't pry, she would regret it. "I know that you don't want me to stay here," She said. "But this is my choice. Besides, I don't fear death. I fear being in a situation where I have no choice, so I have to do one thing and keep doing it until I eventually give up. I dont want to be there and accept punishment for Elsa because the looks they will give me, the feeling that I've truely failed is something I can't give in to. I'm not leaving." She didn't cry. She just looked ahead into the deep dark trees.

"I understand Apple, you may stay. Do please do not pry into my past, I can get upset by it." Mazo said, she was shaking a little bit. "I don't wanna be like this anymore." Mazo was loosing her composure slowly.

"I wont" Apple said quietly. As her eyes adjusted more to the dark, she saw more colour. The trees had a purple-blue shimmer to them, tall as an Eastern White Pine, and beautiful. You could just barely see small spikes of light from between a few trees. The ground was mossy and firm, a few shitake and button mushrooms and a bunch of scattered weeds. It was nothing like she had seen back home, and it was far from camp. Both facts made the place very quiet and relaxing for Apple, but it didn't shut away the fear, and the thoughts of what was happening back camp . . . .

Mazo hugged Apple, finally letting out a sob, she was scared and upset. Thankfully due to what just happened her powers will not go out of control, it was best to just let her cry herself out.

Apple hugged her back, and let her cry. She knew that people would start looking for her soon, but she tried not to think about that. What she didn't know was that she would be found quicker than she thought, and that someone would die because of her . . . .

Ok, somebody dying is a bad thing, we were only given enough money to kill 1 person in the budget.)

Mazo kept crying a bit, she was really upset for what she did, even though it was around half a km deep into the forest her voice carried and it sounded like a low cryptic weeping.

Apple heard rustles nearby, and people talking. Apple looked up strait. She didn't speak. They were close, and if she spoke they would hear, she couldn't risk it being someone from the Apple Path. She harnessed her fear and tried to see into the memory of whatever was near them, but they must have been too far because she wasn't able to get into any mind. All she could do was wait.

Oh God, this could be really really bad especially if Mazo ever accidentally used her powers on Emma, just destroy the local area.)

Ya, I broke up with my GF who was cheating on me with my 3 friends for most of the year, I just broke it off the other week.)

Lol, they would probably be right next to Mazo's Cabin, the massive fence makes it hard to miss.

Mazo already saw them, she sees nearly everything thanks to her cabin's position.)

Mazo let out one of those catcall whistles from her cabin on the hill. She saw everything and just kinda let it out.

Next to her, Lucy was laughing; not to be rude, she was just geniunely having a good time and she noticed their embarrased faces. Her hair was in a messy bun and her eyes bright.

Mazo shut the cabin window with a chuckle and locked it. (Back to Cabin)

There was a cabin on a small hill, it had a large wire fence around it but the gate was left open. It seemed like an interesting place to visit.
