The ride through the Capitol takes place in this topic! Make sure to check the chariot outfit topic for what your tributes are wearing!

Ebony grinned as she rode through the streets of the Capitol in the District 1 chariot. Her beautiful, flowing gown had a translucent torso covered in diamonds that shone in the sunlight while the silky skirt fluttered behind her in the breeze. Her long, blonde hair was done up in an intricate updo that cascaded over her shoulders. She looked stunning.
She waved and blew kisses at the crowd, knowing exactly how to play them. And lo and behold, cheers and screams erupted from the crowd, roses flying through the air at her. She caught a red one between her long, elegant fingers and put it in her hair, blowing a kiss in the direction it came from. It matched her bloodred lipstick perfectly.
She continued to stun as she worked her way through the streets of the Capitol, feeling confident and beautiful.
Because that was what she was.
She was a beautiful killer.
Fire and ice.
Poison and chocolate.
She was Ebony.

Kayden flashed his signature lazy smile at the crowd from underneath his tastefully mussed hair. His teal suit matched his eyes and overall he looked really hot. And not only was he hot, but he was also a Career. This gave him a significant advantage for sponsors. He wasn't afraid to play the field to get what he needed to succeed. Although, he generally played the field anyway, so it wasn't anything new. He didn't even have to do anything to raise a cacophony of screams from the girls in the crowd. He was just that way and had been all his life. He was used to it and would use it to his advantage in the Games. He would do no matter what it took to win.

She looked down. "You should probably just abandon me in the arena. I'm far too easy of a target."
Sophia laughed as Botros fussed with his outfit. "Aw, come on! You look cute!" she said, waving at the crowd.

"I'll just have to hope that doesn't change," she said. "And thank you. Today would be... really hard, if you weren't my friend."

He wondered if Sophia had just called him cute, but ignored that thought. He didn't need to be thinking about that. "I'm literally wearing poofy pants. Even snow pants would be better," he said. "You actually have a good outfit." He forced on a smile and waved at the crowd.
Ambrose just stoically stood in the chariot, envisioning the moment when he'd get to kill all of these clowns, waving and carrying on like idiots.

She fake-smiled at the crowd.
Fernon flirted with the crowd, winking, tossing his hair, etc.. It worked. It always worked. The crowd somehow cheered even louder.

"We all look like clowns," Sophia said, her jaw aching from grinning so much. But she would feign excitement if it meant sponsors for her and Botros. "Just smile and wave!"

"I am," he said, but stopped talking, grinning so wide it hurt. He probably looked like a psychopath but he didn't care. He did lots of random stuff: waving, blowing kisses, etc.. He knew he looked a fool, but honestly, he didn't care.

Li..."
Ysibela made a point of holding Liam's hand for the crowd. She looked at the black lacy gloves she was wearing, but looked back at the crowd. She blew a kiss.
((I can't do Fey's yet because Sally hasn't posted the outfits and I like to incorporate the outfits into my chariots posts))

Sophia just kept smiling, blowing kisses and waving at the crazed crowd as if she wern't about to die in a few weeks.

When Liam lifted their hands up, ysibela's sleeve slipped, exposing her wrist to the sunlight. Already, her skin began to itch, but she had to win over the crowd, so she ignored it.
Ambrose just stood beside Ebony, letting her play up the crowd. These Capitol idiots always fell for a pretty face.

botros grabbed her hand, lifting their hands up for the crowd.

Sophia shook their intertwined hands and pulled Botros into a small bow. The crowd erupted in cheers.

Kayden smiled at her charmingly and lifted their hands up into the air.

Ebony turned to him, a sickly sweet smile on her face. "Aren't you going to play the crowd? That's the best way to win, you know."

Botros bowed down with her, shaking his head at the absurdity of it all.

Ambrose just rolled his eyes but gave Ebony a smirk. "I'll win these games, with both hands tied behind my back. But don't you worry. You just keep showing off for the Capitol."

Sophia stood up quickly, her head pounding a bit. "This is getting old," she mumbled, through gritted teeth.

Ebony's gaze turned dark for a second, then turned poisonously sweet again. "Oh, I don't need to show off. I'm perfectly capable of winning on my own without sponsors. It's just more fun when I get to kill people and play the crowd. Those are two of my specialties, after all."

Ava laughs "Yeah I guess so," she says

Ava blushes "Thanks you," she says "You look very handsome in your outfit two," she says
Fey looked around. He felt very uncomfortable standing in his stiff black suit on the chariot. He knew he was going to die; why wrap it up in a fancy package instead of just delivering it? It would be better for everyone that way. Well, maybe not everyone, but definitely for him. Then he wouldn't have to spend so much time contemplating his imminent death.
Ambrose saw the dark expression on his partner's face, snuffed out as quickly as it had come. Either she was emotionally unstable or she was just really good at screwing with people. He gave her a small smile. "You are one sick puppy," he said, crossing his arms, "keep it up."
