Jade Mountain Academy discussion

Idk, I'll probably post my characters here :p

The glowing scales on her face look like freckles. (Cause why not!) The glowing scales on her neck, underbelly, and the bottom part of her tail are shaped like diamonds.

Accessories: 2 pearl bracelets around her front legs. They're both animus-touched objects, and from what she heard from her father, they were passed down in his family. She isn't sure where they came from, but they provide warmth and comfort, especially when you need it most.

Personality: Oyster is a kind and happy Seawing. She likes bringing her friends together and is the mom of the group XD. If you make her angry or hurt her friends, she'll first aggressively tell you to back off, then proceed to tell one of the older dragons of your sins.

Other: Idk lol, she's happy to be at Jade Academy!

Oyster yawned and slipped on her pearl bracelets on her wrists. She stared down at them with a sad smile on her face.
Her mother appeared behind her and tapped her shoulder. When Oyster turned around, her face was purely delighted.
"You'll never believe what news I have for you." She flashed excitedly, then grabbed Oyster's talons and spun her around through the water.
"Mom, what is it? Is it Tidepool?! Did he finally ask!?" She flashed back excitedly.

Tidepool was a handsome Seawing who served Queen Coral, like her and her mother. They had met awhile ago, and he had been the first dragon to make her mother laugh and smile since her father had died. Ever since then, they had been seeing each other. Tidepool had even asked for her permission to marry (I guess that's the right term lol?) Seafoam.

"No silly, although I wouldn't mind that." Seafoam flashed back and laughed, allowing bubbles to float up towards the ceiling of her room.
"I sent a request to Jade Mountain Academy for you. I just got a letter back saying you were excepted!" She grinned, mad with joy and pride.
"There's no way!" Oyster swam back in surprise, happiness welling up inside her. "Tell me now that you're joking, where's the letter!?" She flashed back excitedly.
Seafoam reached into the small satchel she had been carrying and pulled out a water proof scroll.

Oyster snatched the scroll out of her mother's talons and unrolled it, then scanned the lines, reading the whole letter in a minute or two.
She roared happily after finishing it and wrapped her arms around her mother's neck.
"I can't believe this! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She flashed over and over again.
"Come on! Start packing your things, you need to leave as soon as possible to get there in time!" Seafoam smiled happily at her daughter, then dragged her over to a small desk and started packing scrolls, quills, and other such things for her.
She paused, then joined her mother.
"You will write to me, won't you?! And come visit in a few moons?!" Oyster stared somberly at her mother after they had finished packing the small amount of items she owned into a bag and laced it over her shoulder.
"Of course dear!" She cradled Oyster's face in her talons.
"Go on now. Get going!" Seafoam led her daughter to the doorway and handed her a bag filled with snacks. "Fly safely!"
Oyster smiled gratefully at her mother, pulled her in for another hug, then turned around and started swimming out of the palace and up towards the surface.

Oyster roared in surprise as she opened her eyes to find herself plummeting towards the ground.
She flapped her wings in a panic, only to find they felt as limp as dead fish. She shut her eyes and wrapped her wings around her body moments before she crashed into the canopy of a forest.
"Ow...." She groaned and rolled over onto her back to stare up at the star speckled sky.
"At least I'm not dead." She mumbled sleepily, then forced herself to stand up and move under the cover of a large oak. The pale, sky blue Seawing fell into a deep, dreamless sleep.

The next morning, she woke up to sore limbs, scratched up wings, and small scars on her snout and above her left eye.
"Oh no!" Oyster gasped as she touched both of her empty wrists.
"No, no, no, no, no!" She roared worriedly as she started frantically searching the bushes and tree branches for the pearl bracelets her father had given her.
After a few minutes of searching, she found a Sandwing curled up in the nook of a tree a few miles away. In his claws were her bracelets.
She growled and resisted the urge to charge towards him and forcefully take her bracelets back. Instead, she crept towards the tree and clumsily climbed up the trunk.
The Sandwing yawned and woke up just as she had started reaching for the pearls.
"Hey!" He snarled and pulled the bracelets back towards his chest. "Find your own jewelry!" He growled and slashed at the air above her head.
"Those. Are. Mine." Oyster growled and leapt towards him.
He shrieked in alarm as she clawed at his scales. The Sandwing toppled out of the tree before he could fly away, then quickly pumped his wings to fly away from the angry Seawing, easily forgetting the grab the bracelets.
Oyster sighed heavily, then quickly jumped towards the bracelets and slipped them onto her wrists.
A feeling of warmth and comfort spread over her, as she did so.
'I'm never letting you out of my sights again, don't worry.' She thought determinedly before painfully launching herself into the air and continued her journey towards Jade Mountain.

Other than that^^^, she has pale, golden eyes.

Accessories: Silver scarf wrapped around her neck.

Personality: Nectar has a personality as bright as her yellow scales! She's usually really happy and curious. HOWEVER, she can act sarcastic and stubborn, and sometimes a bit sassy. She also likes to do everything by herself, so DON'T try to help her!!!

Name: Nightshade
Gender: Female
Age: 8
Tribe: Night/Leaf

Nightshade has dark green scales splattered with golden and black scales. Her eyes are a mix of minty green and gold.

She has gem-studded scales. Her wings are sleek and stippled, with a lighter ventral side and darker dorsal region. There are small, white scales that shimmer in the sunlight or moonlight on the bottom side of her wings. She has dark brown stripes and regular-sized horns with dark brown splattered at the tips.

Accessories: A small, simple silver bracelet with a forest green gem on it, wrapped around her right foreleg.

Personality:

Nightshade has a calm and patient personality. She doesn't usually smile or try to make friends because no one ever tries to approach her, so she just sticks to herself, it often makes her feel lonely.

Other: Her mother, a Nightwing, died, and her father is currently sick. He sent her to Jade Academy in case something were to... happen.
