I am almost about to finish the mid point of the book

We are less than a week away from the release of Chain of Iron!!!

hey I finished this book today, and I liked it. It wasn't amazing but it was fun and entertaining.

I still haven't started this reread, i'm dragging it out cause my book will take at least a month to arrive and i want CoG fresh in my memory but i will start soon cause i missed it.. The problem i have with this is the "fake marriage" trope, which is really weird cause i usually like that trope. Yet when i realized where this was going i was like "nope. not this ship. not here" like it's not a good enough trope for this ship, afraid it would compromise or ruin the best parts of their relationship... But i am excited, even though terrified (like always with Cassie), we'll see..

So there were many things that I liked and many that I did not, such as:
• Lucie and James characters faded with the relationship between Anna, Cordelia and Matthew (which is funny)
• it is a very long book where there are few moments of action (the same happened in the books we read before)
• There is EXCESS romance, and yes, all good they are teenagers but not everything in life is romance
• The main characters end up being all of them (it's a lot) and in the end we end up knowing almost nothing about anyone
• false marriage WHAT, why the solution to all problems is marriage.

lol reading what I write it seems that I hate almost everything, but there were things that I liked too.

No i get it, you're right.. and Cassie explained some things.. I guess we wait and see what's gonna happen in CoI. Not long now...

Geez I haven't started the book but they say it's better than TID. I really hope so, I was getting sad with Cassandra's work.

LOL I hated TDI, I could never feel anything with the characters, the story, the poor love triangle and the ending. but this book was fun, I don't know if it was better, but fun. I think it is too long and has a lot of love filling, but that is something that cassandra has been doing since TDI. Another thing is that she does not end up developing any character, but well it is not that she did before (in my opinion)

I just finished the The Penultimate Hours and can't wait to start this one
