Okay, so... The poll ended up being a tie so, I will set up a system for you to talk about getting dorms. It will be explained once it has been created. If you would like for a mod to choose I am welcome to do so.

Alrighty, listen up!
So, this is how you are going to get a dorm for your character now!
1. Post the mini profile with Name, Gender, Race, Personality, ect in https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
2. You move to https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... and you talk to others and find a dorm.
3. You make sure a mod has posted the dorm with your character in https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Okay! There are only 2 characters allowed in a dorm due to the poll results. Please talk to each other and make the 3+ dorms 2 people.

Alright Im getting frustrated. So for the relationship requests Im going to make a new place to put characters and one to Discuss. Wants you have it settled when you find out who the ship is. Delete the Character.

Im adding a new rule. The rule states "No gore or killing. Some people are sensitive to that topic. I'm one of them so Please NONE OF THAT."

People have been complaining about the character creation tab being messy so, I just spent some time and cleaned it out. Please only have Character Creation and approving posts in that tab. Thank you!

Okay. Yes I know that this is a role play but PLEASE do not make characters too dramatic or attention seeking. There is other characters and role players who would like to have a little attention to their characters. I'm not gonna specify who's oc i'm talking about for taking all the attention. I am one of those people who would like my ocs to get a little attention. Some ocs are always the center of attention which isn't fair to the other role players such as myself. Honestly this kind of attention seeking will cause role players such as myself to stop role playing this group. Thank you for your time.

The 'Character Sheets' topic has been cleaned out again. I've deleted any chatting posts and deleted member posts leaving only the OC profiles.

hey my school blocked the maps

Okay, so with so many inactive mods I'll be changing a few rules.

First of all, characters will be approved by a moderator before being roleplayed. As moderators, we are checking for the requirements in the character as well as asking and giving advice to you as well.

Next, you as the characters controller will be the one to find them dorm partners, and create their dorms.

If you want to continue some events please say so and I can set one up for you guys to do if you wish.

Any active moderators, please make sure that you are monitoring roleplays as we need to make sure they are following the rules stated in this group.

I'll be taking control as the head mod though, I'm only approving and monitoring. Not roleplaying in this group anymore.

May I suggest a rule that says there cannot be two (or more) characters with the same name? We have over 10 OCs what share names with others. I'm pretty sure we have 4 Jacobs and Alexs...

We can talk about it but, next time please don't post in the announcement tab.

You should put that in the first post, then. There is no rule against regular members posting here. It clearly suggests that anyone can make an announcement that is, in all importance to the poster, can announce something. Plus any suggestions or questions in their respective threads always goes unanswered for weeks to months. There is nowhere else that will grab attention of moderators. All threads need attention, not just role-play threads.

I would offer organization suggestions and some help with leadership (As someone who has been cyber bullied into becoming a strict leader. Honestly, I have more sense than the bloody Prime Minister of Canada...) but as of right now, life is not treating me and my family well, and my emotional and mental state are not well enough to give any advice. Only major suggestions, and the issue I have brought up is a big one. Anyone can easily mistake it as someone using another person's character without explicit and public permission. I have seen this problem a lot, and the moderators refused to do anything about it simply because they didn't care and kicked the member out because they brought it up. This problem bothers me on a high scale, and it needs control, much like more than half of the members in this group who start more role-play drama than nessisary(?). (Possibly even myself if I get triggered again. I often fight back if I feel threatened. Currently, I am vulnerable to being offended.)

This group has been run on emotions since the very beginning, and I pray that will never happen again. I seem to be one of the few who appreciates professional leadership skills and clear logic. I beg of you to always, always, always reinforce rules calmly and never allow emotions, especially pride, to cloud judgement. I see it too much and it brings groups to ruin, and all of them gave had potential...

This is my final message here. I'm starting to let my emotions get the better of me. Forgive me if I have offended anyone with my post. I am simply trying to give my suggestions as a moderator of (formerly) 70+ groups. (I never got demoted, I just couldn't handle the stress of some of the groups that were getting out of control.)
