Crime Detective Mystery Thriller Group discussion

After asking the GR helpdesk a question, it was suggested to me to pose my question to this group. My questions is

Is there any way to ask the goodreads community for recommendations based on a particular series? Like "can anyone recommend a series that similar to Ace Atkins Quinn Colsen or Craig Johnsons Longmire series?"

Since I write crime thrillers, 15 novels published world wide, and readers read books by authors, where can we writers post our new novels here? Thank you Jane Brooke.
