well so i haven't even read heartstopper, so this rec may be an airball...but i heard those are like adorable or something. idek ahaha. anyway. romance webtoons (from the webtoon app ofc haha) are aDDICTING AF OML. idk any actual graphic novels tho sorry :D but if webtoons sound like something that might interest u, i recommend midnight poppyland, age matters, and edith. idk :D
I haven't read Heartstopper yet, but my go to graphic novel recommendation is Pumpkinheads by Rainbow Rowell and Faith Erin Hicks

I know it's a bit late, but I think "Bloom" by Kevin Panetta might be the thing you're looking for. It's still on my to-buy list, so I don't actually know. I think it's getting the vibe though.
Bloom is nice, I read it. Also, try Spinning out - Tillie Walden and Laura Jean keeps breaking up with me - Mariko Tamaki
Does anyone know of some mangas that are good? Like I’ve heard of orange, Tokyo Ghoul, My Hero Academia, so are there any ones you’d recommend??

If you like a mystery horror short manga, try Another. It also has an anime adaptation, too if you want to watch it.
