Yes, but you still have to make a character profile.

Yes he can summon himself. It has happened in past shows of Yugioh too, like Jinzo in GX
It was a weird episode, but also a pretty good one.
And It was almost completely irrelevant to the story
It was mainly an excuse to advertise the Jinzo cards. But it had nothing to do with the story arch other than confirming that duel spirits are real but thats what winged kuriboh was for

Fan made cards have to be shown to me, either on a thread or a private message to be approved. Most will be accepted except over-powered ridiculous cards. Characters are posted to the OC thread. If you wish to play a show character, you must claim it on the Character Claim thread. Once approved you can post to the story

What version of cards do we use? What I mean of this is that in the anime they changed the effects of some cards, do we use the cards like in the anime or like official tournament rules

By the way the reason I said it's annoying is because well I would of liked to battle them or battle alongside them against the duel king, plus how in the hell did he defeat them all? Sorry but in stuff like this to me at least doesn't work that well in the lore of the world
Most of the best duelists, and besides you can team up with the other people planning to over throw the king.
Yeah I guessed that was the plan, again sorry if I seem like I am complaining but to me it sounds like your just making a powerful villain who has all the best cards in the game, though just something if you want to keep it that he has all the most powerful cards. 1 idea could be he uses corrupt version sort of like malfrick in bonds of time (I think that's the movie's name) or he could be hunting them down, again I know I sound like I am complaining and I am but yeah as I said just a complaint, it is still a fun thing to do
He's the main antagonist, he's SUPPOSE to be over powered. And even the best cards can be beaten, especially since he's SUPPOSE to lose in the end

He does collect them, they arent all in his deck, his deck has actually not changed for years, he just wants no one to have the power to over throw him.

Wait, he has control of the villains? Does that mean that Mariku lost Ra because of how the series ended, or does that make him under the king's control?
