Varied list, Alias. I really liked that Banks book, so hope you do too. It was well written, typical of Banks, of course. Good luck!
Thanks, deb. I finished making the list today with the Attenborough book. I just purchased it on sale for the Kindle. $4.
A book a month seems reasonable. I don't know that i ever came up with a certain number but am thinking if i don't, i'll just keep adding. Yesterday my "casual" DL for next year approached 20 books and i didn't even get to my TBR, only books owned & on my GR list.

If i have the kind of reading month i did in 2020, then two a month would be a good idea for me, too. I don't attempt challenges from elsewhere, which makes this my focus. I have my list, i think, and will post before the end of the day.Good luck to us all!
One of the other challenges will be rather... well... challenging featuring a few tough categories; if I get more than halfway through I'll be content. The other is fairly do-able, with more leeway.
It looks like I will finish 2021 with 7 out of 12 goals met. I found the list did prompt me to read books on my list. It was fun making and reading the books.
One thing I realized is I prefer to read eBooks then the physical book. So some of the books I had on the list weren't available in eBook format from my library. So I'll keep that in mind when I make my 2022 Determination List.
Onward to my 2022 Determination List !
Congratulations, Alias, on a good reading year. I agree with the prompts and how they encourage returning to read from the DL.In the last week, i mentioned a couple of times that my opinion on physical books hasn't changed but my use of eBooks is almost 100%. Part of this is convenience when traveling. Another aspect is my eyesight has changed for the worst over 2021. However, i begin addressing that the first week of the New Year with cataract surgery in my right eye. I'm hoping to be able to read the small print on my already-purchased physical books as a result.
