  The library of Jade Mountain Academy is a large hollowed out cave, with large windows that are covered by special leaves from the rain forest to allow sunlight to filter in. At the front desk sit Starflight, the blind librarian NightWing who once was part of the Dragonets of Destiny. Fatespeaker is often seen around, helping him take care of the library and it's visitors. For blind dragons, a special system has been installed that allows them to access books designed especially for them, with the cubbyholes and shelves each marked with what they contain. Each corner had a place to read in.

Heartstealer looked around, stiffing a squeal.

Circe felt something that she never felt before. She wanted to comfort Song, but her lack of social skills was making her uneasy.

lichen sat in the corner of the library reading a scroll about Mudwing history and glanced up just a bit to see more dragons entering the room

He quickly looked around analyzing them the oldest was a seawing who he didn't think he had seen before and there was a group of dragons behind him, he noticed one of them watching starflight the librarian when a girl came up and rapped him on the head. They were conversing with fatespeaker mostly and a nightwing appeared in the doorway at one point, this was very interesting he would have to keep an eye on these people

Lichen walked towards starflight's desk returning the book he had finished he then selected another and pretended to read while keeping an eye on these strange dragons

Cormorant's fingers ached. She longed to be able to play the flute again.
"This is why I am not usually in a library," she muttered to herself as her talons clicked the keys. Cormorant anticipated that everything would be over shortly and she could go back to her work,"Why am I here anyway?" The words kept circling through her head.

Circe was starting to get antsy. "When is the winglet assignment thingy there when you need it." she grumbled, her agitation getting the best of her.

Song shifted anxiously, then walked over to one of the scroll racks and took one out, starting to read

Scylla was now matching Circe's annoyance. She was impatient to be able to be in a winglet. She wanted it so much. But then she looked at Charybdis, and realized that this wait was a blessing. It was a longer time she had with her brother before they were separated. She had always dreamed of going to JMA, but now that she was inside it, her heart started to ache. Two tears streamed down her face "I will only be able to have our normal times together on breaks." she thought bitterly.

Wait a minute did that silkwing have a venom wound? Lichen shuddered a bit the only people he'd ever known to use venom on others on purpose were himself, Glory, and Kinkajou who could've done that? Was it the rainwing with them, no, most likely not she wouldn't be here if she did that unless it was an accident. He thought he saw her glance towards the injured Silkwing just for a second and he could've sworn he saw a tremor of guilt move through her. Hmm maybe it was her

Charybdis had the same thoughts as his sister. He put down the captivating book he was reading and sat down next to his sister on the floor. They embraced enough to tell each other that they felt what the other was feeling but not enough for it to get uncomfortable. Charybdis looked in the direction of the RainWing that was watching the newcomers. "Will he be in my Winglet?" he thought. He did not like the expression on the RainWing.

Lichen saw the dragon who had been watching starlight notice him and he put his nose back in the scroll quickly uh oh he saw me, I've got to be more discreet about my analysis He looked up to see him still watching him and waved his claw at him

"The dragon waved at you," Scylla hissed,"Even I can tell you to have the decency to wave back."
Charybdis reluctantly waved back,"You know," he said,"We are the same age, you do not have to treat me like you are older."
"I have more life experience," Scylla replied,"You spent you first three years bedridden."
"Not my fault," Charybdis said, starting to go into a grumble from a whisper.

"Three moons," Circe said shaking her head,"How many RainWings are here?"

welp, no use hiding now Lichen walked over and said "Hello, nice to meet you my names Lichen, uhhh what's going on?"

(Just to confirm all dragons here are Clay, Starflight, Fatespeaker, Lichen, Circe, Song, Cormorant, Scylla, Charybdis, Sapphire, Emperor, Cyprus, Cedar, Heartstealer, Swiftripple, Moonlight, Midnight, and Sunrise? Or are some of those gone, or are there more than that.)

[I do not know about Sapphire, Moonlight, Midnight, Swiftripple, or Sunrise, but it looks good. I think the ones I mentioned above were left at the entrance.]

"Just some new experience," Scylla said, a little bitterness in her tone."Cha-We do not go out much, so it is a little overwhelming, but we'll be fine."

"Hmm, So you two are new to Jade mountain right?" They don't trust me, smart I wouldn't trust a new dragon right away either

[yeah, I know it is confusing, but Heartstealer is a Mudwing-SkyWing adopted by NightWings.]

((Sorry to interrupt but hey, Lichen can you please not rp until your dragon's been approved? I haven't approved him yet, so you shouldn't be using him.))

Heartstealer whispered to the exact wrong dragon,"When are we going to know which Winglet we are in?"

Circe turned to him slowly,"I have that same thought and I am getting impatient." Circe barred her teeth, showing the two venom-fangs

Cormorant couldn't help it anymore. She walked up to Starflight's desk.
"Excuse me," She said," Do you happen to have any music scrolls lying around here?"

'' i'm 1/2 rainwing''

Atlas wrapped a wing around lichen.

Cedar walked out with hornet

Emperop sat up

Cormorant was still in conversation with Starflight, but Circe notice and raised an eyebrow (or where there would be an eyebrow had she not been a dragon) suspiciously. "What are these dragons doing?" she thought.

Glass walked over

While Starflight looked in his catalogue, Cormorant slowly turned around. She raised an imaginary eyebrow,”Excuse me? First off your welcome, secondly....” She cut off implying the “Cornrat”.

"Ah," Cormorant said nodding her head,"I do not mind. I have been called worse things, three of which if I even utter them, I will probably get kicked off the premises and land in the ocean after watching Pantala pass underneath me."

Atlas and glass stared with blank faces

"That was a mouth-full," Cormorant muttered.

Scylla stared at Glass, calculating

"I hope that dragon isn't in your winglet," Scylla said to Charybdis.
"What if he is," Charybdis replied.
"Tell me," Scylla said,"He'll have to deal with my sharp tongue. Nobody insults a fellow SeaWing like that."

(Scylla and Charybdis didn't catch the fact that Glass has a talking difficulties)

Heartstealer pulled out a scroll, but his giddy nature made him spill a bunch of scrolls and books. He fell and there was a pile of them on top of him. Only his dark-red tail and wings were sticking out.

Song looked up from her scroll and saw Heartstealer buried under a pile of scrolls. She walked over and started to move the scrolls away so Heartstealer could get up

Heartstealer got up and shook himself.
"Woah," he exclaimed, seeing the huge pile of scrolls,"This is going to get interesting putting these back."

Song nodded. "Yup." she said, picking up a scroll and trying to figure out where it went

The Trio of SeaWings walked over and started to survey the damage. Circe actually was the one to speak first.
"Looks like we will need to look at the titles of these things and put it in the proper place."
She picked up a bunch of scrolls at the same time, looked at their titles, split them up into two groups, and placed one talonfull in a compartment.

Cormorant's eye caugh a scroll, She picked it up and put it in an area where it wouldn't be confused with the other scrolls.

Song nodded, reading the titles of the misplaced scrolls and putting them back where they belonged

Circe had gotten the scrolls in their proper spaces in record time. She was checking if they were all in the correct spaces. She checked one that Heartstealer put and placed it in a different section, looking intently at Heartstealer
