I just listened to Treat You Better and IM FREAKING OUT because as much as I love Sophitz, it’s PERFECT FOR KEEFE
Bro, I hate saying this, but deep down I’m afraid it might be the truth. I feel like Sophie... I ship Sophitz with my mind, but SoKeefe with my heart
I have had a loooong debate with myself today, and have concluded that I am still Sophitz strong! (Someone help me, this is taking way too much of my mind space)
A. KEEPER. MOVIE!? Bro I almost cried. what are your options!? I’d love to have a discussion about this
Yessss I can’t say I’ll ever go back to doubting Sophitz though to be honest. These moments in Flashback got me ‘bout to pass out! And also... about the movie... I doubt I’ll make it through without crying. Happiness, sadness, anger, all of the above? We’ll see!!!!
I'm worried that the with the movie will come sodex and sotam shippers and then it will be a ship war with FOUR sides! (or I mean 6 if you count Sophiana and Sosingle)

Since Dex has been so irrelevant throughout the rest of the series and everyone loves a little love triangle drama, I’m betting they replace Dex on the adventure in book one with someone else like Keefe or Fitz. Or maybe they keep Dex and bring another character or two along. Mark my words, they’re totally gonna mess that up

NOOOOO THEY BETTER NOT REPLACE DEX CINNAMON ROLL DIZZNEE

It’s just my theory :) I also wouldn’t be surprised if they brought Tam and Linh in earlier. That wouldn’t be so bad, but I’d rather they stay true to the books

Same. I'm also worried that the producers will speed up the romance and have Fitz or keefe be Sophie's first kiss in one of the earlier books, and while i do wish Keefe had kissed Sophie first, I want them to stay true to the book in that way also.

First off, there's no such thing as fake fans.Second off, not only is there Sophiana, sosingle, sotam, sodex, sophitz, and sokeefe, there is also sokeefitz, solinhiana, sorelliana, sorellinh, etc. XD
On the KOTLC wiki, a ton of people made posts about this:There is no such thing as a fake fan. (Dying because it autocorrected to tan at first XD) if somebody likes Keeper, whether the movie or the book, they are a fan. Calling them fake because they haven’t yet read the book is toxic. Imagine you watched this rly cool movie, you were like “I wanna read the books now, because I loved the movie so much!” But before you had a chance to read the books, you went on this fan website/group. And everybody was saying you aren’t a real fan, even though you love keeper. You just wanted to talk with fellow fans, but now everybody is saying you don’t rly love something you love.
And even if somebody watches the movie first is that rly a bad thing? Yes books are generally better than their movies, but it will just make more people like Keeper

No yeah I agree but I feel like they should also read the book. Like if someone calls themselves a Percy Jackson fan, loves the movies and refuses to read the books, i would not consider them a fan. Maybe a fan of the movies, sure, but they wouldn't be a Percy Jackson fan. They'd be a Perry Johnson fan.

There's no "shoulds" when it comes to being part of a FANDOM. Sure, I would read the book too, but that's my opinion. I would consider anybody who likes either the books or movies a Keeper fan. Because they like it. Nobody's saying they have to.
I wouldn't consider them a "fake" fan, but like AnnabethChase said they wouldn't be a fan of the series, only the movies because the movies always differ from the books in major ways
I do not consider movies to be canon. They always change the stuff from the books. Like, in HP for example, in the books Winky the house elf played a big part in book 4, but she didn't even exist in the movies. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy the movie, but it's not canon.
...It literally is canon though, because the author assists in making the movies, and they are official.
yeah, but the author isn't the director and they can't put everything from the books into the movies because that would be too long, but those extra parts that aren't in the movies still exist

Not always. Would you say that Percy Jackson is canonically 17 in TLT because the movies said he was? And Rick Riordan had NO control over the movies when they were being made
