Elizabeth, I added some details to the header/topic title. You can update it by clicking the small "edit" link after the header. This only works on the full Desktop website - not the Mobile website or app. (On the Mobile website, click the "Desktop version" link at the bottom of the page.)

Scholastic Encyclopedia of the Presidents and Their Times?
This book has been continually updated over the years. The pic above is the version that goes up to Bill Clinton.
Hmm. Actually I checked for pictures of the book online and it doesn't appear to be a match. I very clearly remember a small paperback and this looks to be a larger hardcover. 😭
No, it's a paperback, but it looks like it's more square in shape than rectangular. The 1994 edition is 216 pages. Is yours shorter than that?
Lives of the Presidents?First Facts About the Presidents?
Facts and Fun about the Presidents?
These are also from Scholastic and some had various editions.

Each president was overviewed in some detail, with "fun facts" about them. I remember there being a trivia question either at the start or end of chapters...one of them was about what material were Washington's false teeth made from. I think the answer was "deer antlers" :)
It was a paperback, possibly purchased from the Scholastic Book Fair (so published by them, perhaps).
