Hi everyone,

QuaranCon started in 2020 when the spread of COVID-19 forced many conventions to be cancelled and forced readers and authors alike to stay home and quarantine. It's a free, virtual convention that is meant to be inclusive, welcoming, and fun! We're planning all kinds of great content including AMAs, panels, workshops, readings, and contests!

Does the sale form need a book link? The book I'm planning to enter isn't published yet. :)

Yeah, you need to sign up for the sale through storyorigin with the book links. As long as it will be published (or on preorder) by the sale date you should be able to join :) But let me know if you have trouble with it and I can help out.

A question: as Kindle Countdown deals are only for Amazon US and UK, does that mean I'd have to manually set the price down for the rest of the world?

That would be great, yeah. I don't have experience with kindle countdown deals because I'm wide/not in select so I always have to do it manually, but yes, ideally if you can make it work in the rest of the locations manually that would be great.

(worst case scenario if you can only get it to be on sale for us/uk that's fine we'd rather have you join in the sale than not!)

EDIT: I've set up a KCD for Amazon US at $0.99 and for Amazon UK at 0.99 GBP (won't let me go lower than that) starting at midnight 8th end ending at midnight 15th, both in their respective timezones.
I've set up StoryOrigin account and submitted, hopefully it all works out.
