This is currently my favourite standalone book. It’s such a beautifully written story about kindness, the children were amazing, and I loved the LGBTQ+ romance in it! I’d highly recommend reading it! :)

i read it last year and i loved this book so much. even though i think it's considered adult, it felt like such a middle grade read to me and i had such a great time reading it.
