Calvinist Batman & Friends discussion

Hi everyone. These past months have been crazy. I pray the Lord and books have kept you sane.

I was looking at starting up our monthly reads again in March. I was thinking about kicking it off with a biography of a black leader. I found three [good] options this time around:

The Autobiography of Malcolm X -- Malcolm X
Frederick Douglass: Prophet of Freedom -- David Blight
A Promised Land -- Barack Obama

Also, I'm taking both recos and discussion leader requests for the upcoming month. True to form, I like to expand our genres to read outside the typical Reformed circles.

Do you have a [newer] book that would a good fit?
Do you have a theme for the month that could help determine a book? [ex: October is Stephen King / horror month]

I'd still love to do a Jane Austen read before the summer. Pile on your ideas and votes!

Definitely interested in the Malcolm X book! I was just thinking today that it's about time I read that. But I'm down for any book I can fit into my reading schedule.

Any sound good to me but Malcolm X would be my first choice as well
