I've been wanting to read that series. It looks good.

I've been wanting to read that series. It looks good.
One from culinary (anything dealing with food: restaurants, baked goods, etc.) All the President's Menus (A White House Chef Mystery #8)
Freezer I'll Shoot (Vintage Kitchen Mystery #3) by Victoria Hamilton has Jaymie Leighton traveling between her home in Queensland, Michigan and the family cabin on Heartbreak Island.
My Choice: Wedding Day and Foul Play (Consignment Shop Mystery #6) by Duffy BrownI am partial to Duffy's works since I won the right to be a character in this series. She forgot she had a caterer as a character when she wrote this one.
One cozy mystery based outside the United States is Murder in an Irish Village (Irish Village Mysteries #1) by Carlene O'Connor. This takes place in Kilbane, County Cork, Ireland. A body is found in Naomi's Bistro. It is Niall Murphy, whose brother is in prison for killing the parents of the O'Sullivan children. The pub is their home and James, the eldest boy had been seen arguing with Niall the night before. This book follows Siobhan O'Sullivan's search for Niall's murderer especially since James was arrested and jailed as the prime suspect. Read the book to follow her process in the investigation.
One animal-related: My choice is Cat Me If You Can (Cat in the Stacks Mystery #13) by Miranda James. Diesel is a very well-behaved Maine Coon Cat. He is an important part of this series. In this book, the Ducote sisters have made arrangements for Diesel to go places where other animals would be banned. If Diesel is not with Charlie or Helen, they find someone to sit with him. The author is a male (Dean James) and Charlie, the hero of the books is also a male. This series is one of my favorites.
My craft-related book is The Drowning Spool (A Needlecraft Mystery, #17) by Monica Ferris. Betsy Devonshire owns a Needlework Store called Crewel World. She has helped the local police solve crimes by finding evidence or finding answers to questions which she shares with the police. Betsy has a cat that spends time in the shop when it open. In this book, she brings another cat into her home, hopefully temporalily.
The Ghost and the Haunted Portrait (A Haunted Bookshop Mystery #7) by Cleo Coyle is my paranormal book. Penelope Thornton-McClure owns a bookshop. She has a ghost that she hears in her head who is Jack Shepard. Jack was a private eye and he helps her solve murders connected to a Haunted Portrait.
My holiday book is Easter Bunny Murder (Lucy Stone #19) by Leslie Meier. Lucy takes her grandchild to an easter egg hunt and the easter bunny falls over dead. He has been murdered. Lucy helps find out who the murderer was and why the owner of the mansion has not been seen lately.I am in the process of reading my last book in this challenge.
