Maggie O'Farrell Challenge

1. Read a book or play by Shakespeare, or a book where he is mentioned.

2. Maggie was born in 1972, read a book set in the 70's or published in the 70's .

3. She appeared in Waterstones' 25 Authors for the Future. Read a book with a 2 or 5 in the series number.

4. Hamnet is believed to have died of the plague, aged 11. His brief and precious life was, O’Farrell thinks, more significant than literary historians suppose. Read a book that has to deal with a deadly disease.

5. A lot of O'Farrell's books deal with sisters. Read a book that sisters play a major part.

6. All of her books locations are places Maggie has been at some point in her life. Read a book that takes place somewhere you have lived or visited.
