For Bores I want a enemies to lover romance, and they are rivals. It's a super slow burn (and I mean slow). It can be male or female, and preferably a royal from a different tribe (prince, princess, dutchess, dutch)

The tribe would have to be a Pyrriah tribe though, Pantalan Dragons have yet to come to Pyrriah yet so yeah.

Who wants to make a dragon go with my scavenger? They'll be mute, so even if they did speak the same language, they wouldn't be able to even communicate. But like, through certain signs and such.

But like,
so, basically, my scavenger would have been looking around for some animals to hunt when they came across a dead dragon and an egg. They decided to take the egg with them and paid their respects to the dead dragon. (as to why will go into their background). And basically, they would have taken the egg home and took care of it until it hatched. And, well, they raised the dragon till now to the best of their ability. They would be around the same age (dragon would be six and they would be around sixteen, so both near adults.) And like maybe, the dragon hides them and stuff from everyone else, afraid that they might try to hurt the human?

If it were me, I'd go top, bc he seems more likely to be a mute.

I mean, mute doesn't necessarily mean reserved. The fc is actually a mute from RWBY. One of the main reasons she's what came to mind when I decided to make the character mute.

She's considered an antagonist though lolol

I've done mutes before

the energetic, friendly one
and the bitter, reserved one.
Hence why the two are so different lolol.

I can imagine him also taking care of a dragon and keeping it around because he feels responsible for it and being like, a calm version of Kestrel. Doesn't exactly show it, but he does care.

What type of dragon are they?
(Maybe, instead of finding them, it was actually their mother that raised Paws {I plan to have them raised by a dragon} so when the mother died before the egg hatched, she felt responsible and decided to raise the child, as their mother raised her.)

Maybe a NightWing? Then she could stay in the kingdom without anyone else really knowing since NightWings are pretty secretive...

Yeah that's a good idea! She won't have to really fear other dragons, she'd just stay with her dragon and the others.
