Hi, I'm SuryaI'm from India and I'm 22 and I love reading so much that it affects my grades most of the times now 😂
I love reading from various genres and if I have to pick one, I think I enjoy reading good historical fiction. I love cats, but I don't have any pets now ( I used to have a cat named "Diva" because she acted like one )
I stay away from beverage and even coffee 😅 I don't have a favourite activists but I think Ruby Bridges and Malala are really inspiring. I would love to be a journalist/Librarian.

I'm PotatOtter, aka Ash. BUT if you wonder what normal potatoes are doing, here is an overview of PotatOtter World (NOTHING like the Peppa Pig one) And this originally from the Share your story! group. Here it is:
So we got half the empire potato gardens and the other half otters. There is a bridge in the middle with grasses and trees. On the otter side, it is basically just water with some islands poking here and there. Underneath the potato gardens is the otter water, and the otters underneath go and pluck the weeds. The ocean itself gives water to the potatoes. Once the potatoes are harvested, they are brought to the nursery and taken care of until they are old enough to learn and go to school by themselves. And then, some rotten potatoes (of which they are BORN and is their DESTINY to be a rotten potato) are plucked out of the nursery and is sent to the Earth's crust. There they are plopped in the tectonic plates and sent up up up to us humans. And after a while, they are cut and sliced to the potatoes you eat today. The otters are overpopulating, so what we do is we send 100 of em free each week. :)

Hi everyone! My name's Isabel but everyone just calls me Isi (pronounces like 'easy').I'm German with a Latin American background and I'm between 13 and 16 years old.
I obviously love to read, write a lot but I've never actually been able to finish writing a story longer than like 8000 words (which is kinda sad ngl), I also play tennis and golf and love photography.
It's always hard for me to pick like one single favorite book—it's sort of like having a favorite child but you never tell anyone of course—but my favorite genres are fantasy, mystery and sometimes random contemporary or romance books that come my way.
My, let's say top four, role models are Michelle Obama, Zendaya, Emma Watson and my mom.
I'm not sure whether I actually want to go to university because lately I've been thinking to just ditch education after graduating and travel the world as a photographer while writing a book. It does seem a little bit crazy as I write this...
And my all-time favorite songs are Sweater Weather, Bonfire and False God (because who doesn't love their Taylor Swift).
So yeah, that's a little about me. I'm excited to meet the rest of you!

Hello, everyone! I'm Tris. - I'm Indian
- I'm in 12th grade (but I love to act like a little kid)
- Besides reading, I love to sing. I also enjoy drawing, painting, crafts like DIYs, cooking and sometimes writing.
- My favourite genre is Fantasy. My favourite books are the Shadowhunter Chronicles.
- I don't own any pets currently but I have many squirrel and bird-friends in my garden whom I feed everyday. I have many fishes at my other house. And I also love my neighbor's cat who visit me when I'm there.
- I love lemonade, Coke and orange juice. (I forgot to say that I'm addicted to both tea and coffee lmao!!)
- Some activists I admire are Emma Watson, Kamala Harris, Michelle Obama, and Taylor Swift (yes)
- I aspire to become a diplomat, an active feminist and want to help make the world a better place.
- I love Taylor Swift, Blackpink, Alan Walker, and many other artists. I have way too many favorite songs. Some of them are 'You belong with me', 'Here with me', 'Diamond Heart', 'Fight song', 'Tie me Down'...

I'm Holly, I'm from the United Kingdom where I currently live, but I've also lived in Spain, Colombia and the United States. I'm 27, so hopefully not too old to join this group! I speak English and Spanish and I'm currently learning French and Biblical Hebrew, which I'm using as a start to explore other languages like Arabic when I can find a teacher.
I'm a disability rights activist and I started activism work when I was a teenager and decided that maybe I could change some things by speaking out and being disruptive. So I started blogging and also vocally challenging a lot of the big disability organisations in the country which talk over disabled people. I connected with people online and began to learn about ableism and also how all forms of activism must intersect, we can't have disability equality unless we also have racial equality, for example.
I love YA books, fantasy, sci-fi, contemporary, memoirs...honestly a lot of different genres. I tend not to read any horror and I'm very particular about what romance novels I read.
I don't currently have a pet, though I would like to in future.
My other interests apart from reading are ice skating, baking, and writing.
I'm currently getting a masters degree in social and public policy and I hope I can use it to fight for more equitable policies. I'm currently researching whether during the pandemic those most in need were able to access resources, and which groups still need more support.
But honestly I'm still not fully sure what I want to do with my future yet, I kind of take each year as it comes and see what happens.
I've written a lot so I'll stop but feel free to ask questions/friend me to chat about books.
