What did you want to be when you grew up? And what now?

Man, I never really had a dream job growing up. It honestly lead me into a bit of an existential crisis when I became an adult and thought "maybe I should start figuring this out". Now I'm studying to be a bioinformatician (a biologist/computer scientist aka a nerd) and I think I want to do that as a job, but I also want to be a writer. If none of that works out, at least I'll know how to code...
I wanted to be a Disney princess or a teacher when I was younger. Now I don't know what I want to be lol
coding sounds cool until you realize just how much time you will be putting into finding the one forgotten semicolon
i do coding in my it class at schoolit can be such a pain in the ass and we are barely even doing something. we are touching like only a little bit in the world of coding.
These all sound so cool!I wanted to be an astronaut when I was little but now I really want to be a nurse.
And of course I always have the fantasy of being a #1 New York Times Bestseller even though I don’t write and probably never will 😂
I wanted to be a vet when I was younger, then I wanted to be a scientist, and now I’m thinking of doing something related to computing. I’ve also always dreamed of becoming an author even though I don’t have the level of commitment to write a book.

Same, we are also getting into coding bit by bit at my school. It truly is a pain but it all becomes clear when you get a hang of it.

now i wanna be an architect or maybe psychologist. both ideas seem like they would fit me really well
