Jaye Card (jayecard) Man, I never really had a dream job growing up. It honestly lead me into a bit of an existential crisis when I became an adult and thought "maybe I should start figuring this out". Now I'm studying to be a bioinformatician (a biologist/computer scientist aka a nerd) and I think I want to do that as a job, but I also want to be a writer. If none of that works out, at least I'll know how to code...

Shawna Finnigan (sugoishawn) | 113 comments I wanted to be a Disney princess or a teacher when I was younger. Now I don't know what I want to be lol

Jaye Card (jayecard) coding sounds cool until you realize just how much time you will be putting into finding the one forgotten semicolon

Lucy Tonks (the invisible life of a reader) | 2037 comments i do coding in my it class at school
it can be such a pain in the ass and we are barely even doing something. we are touching like only a little bit in the world of coding.

Grace Broadway These all sound so cool!

I wanted to be an astronaut when I was little but now I really want to be a nurse.

Grace Broadway And of course I always have the fantasy of being a #1 New York Times Bestseller even though I don’t write and probably never will 😂

message 8: by Amelie (new)

Amelie | 1656 comments I wanted to be a vet when I was younger, then I wanted to be a scientist, and now I’m thinking of doing something related to computing. I’ve also always dreamed of becoming an author even though I don’t have the level of commitment to write a book.

Same, we are also getting into coding bit by bit at my school. It truly is a pain but it all becomes clear when you get a hang of it.

claire (clairealden) I used to want to be teacher, but now I want to be a nurse/doctor or an interior designer. (Or an author, lol.)
