What in a normal house could be considered as a Living Room and a Kitchen

Cali was sitting in the kitchen

Mien walked into the Main Level, letting out a long sigh and looking around, her eyes lazily fall on Cali and she jumps. “I-I.. um.. hello?”

Calin waved at Mien, "Hi", she was looking out the window

"Um.. Hello." Mien says, walking to grab a soda from the fridge.

"Shy one, aren't we?", Cali says to the girl she was talking to

"I am NOT shy." Mien say with a glare.

"Then why are you acting like you are?"

"I didn't think anyone would be in here." Mien says closes the fridge a soda in hand.

Cali shrugged

"What the heck are you doing in here anyway? I thought everyone was out for the day." Mien questioned.

Cali shrugged

“Hmm. Do you have a name?” Mien asks, being slightly sarcastic

"Why do you want to know?", she asked

“Why not?” Mien snaps by default, she closes her mouth and looks away. Why couldn’t she be nice to anyone anymore?

"People tend to hurt me", she says

Mien snaps her head around and looks at Cali. “Yeah.” She says turning back slowly and leaning against the counter. “You and me both.”

Cali looked at her

“Sad childhood, yah know typical.” Mien muttered.

"Never knew them"

“Who? Your parents?”

"Yeah, they abandoned me", she says as she starts to tremble, "HYDRA found me and did experiments on me. That's how I got my abilities"

“Oh. I got abandoned too. I was adopted by-... never mind.” She says. What the hell is wrong with me? I never vent. She wonders.

CAli nodded

“Whatever, all I know is that if I knew who my parents were, they wouldn’t be breathing.” Mien says and takes a drink of her soda.

Cali agreed

“What your name?” Mien asks “I’m Mien”

"Cali"

Mien smiles to herself and nods. “Cool.”

Cali nodded

“If you don’t mind me asking, what are your powers?” Mien asks.

"Healing", she says

“Oh, that’s useful.” Mien says. She had taken enough bullets to know that healing would be a wonderful gift.

She smiled

"I can aim a gun real well." Mien says with a chuckle. "Not that impressive."

"Really?", Cali says

"Yeah. I saw born with perfect aim. I can hit just about anything, even if I can just see my target out of the corner of my eyes. If I can see them, or I know were they are, I can hit them. It doesn't matter what weapon I use either, though I prefer guns." Mien rambles.

Cali nods, "Cool"

Mien looks back at her. "You seem very low-key you know that?"

"yeah, I know"

Mien smiled.

"But, I hurt others before they can hurt me", Cali said

“... oh.” Mien says yet another thing we have in common

Cali half-smiles

“You don’t have many friends then?” Mien asks

"Nope!", Cali says

“Yeah, same. People don’t wanna be friends with people like me. I could ki someone with a dart it I wanted to. No one trusts me.” Mien says with a half hearted laugh

Cali smiled at the remark

“Out of curiously, what are you doing up here on your own?”
