So my recommendation for March is This Paper World by Jeff Lane.

Mine is Harry Harrison's Galactic Dreams looks like some good short stories.

My recommendation is The Martian by Andy Weir (again). Great stand alone book.

I say we read Princess of mars by Edgar Rice Burroughs. Its the first book in the John Carter series. great book and not to long either.

Ooh. Princess of Mars could be good. I've been meaning to read that for several years now. I love the Tarzan books by Boroughs. I'm sure the Mars books are good as well.

well i was going to nominate heir to the jedi for april because it comes out 3-3-15, its the next star wars book and this one has luke. Loving how all these star wars novels are official canon now.

SciFiNow I will add it to the poll for March but I'll also do a poll about nominations to see which method people like best.

My only concern with new books is the aforementioned concern. Some people don't have the disposable income and buying a new hardcover can be difficult. Relying on a library can be difficult as new releases are often on a wait list.
