Wonderful book for kids moving from picture books to chapter books and for read alouds

Carly's 10 is a great story about the excitement of a child's 10th birthday. The book has you anticipating with Carly and chuckling along side her as her anticipation for her big gift is seemingly never going to come. I read it to my teenage kids and we had a lot of fun with it. It would be a wonderful story for ages 3 and up. As a principal and educator for 25+ years at all levels, I highly recommend this read!
