Vick is kind and trusting. He has an easy time making friends and meeting new people. He may come off as very confident but truly he is very self conscious, mainly because of all the things his brothers told him when he was younger. He is very kind he will help anyone in need and always be there for them no matter if he knew them for a short time or for years. He is very innocent and has never been in a relationship or knows what its like to be in one. He can be very shy and most of the time he would rather read a book than talk to people. He is very cute and doesn’t pick up on some comments that people say so he never really gets his feelings hurt, He can never tell if someone likes him or not because he has a hard time reading people. He is very good at making people laugh, usually he can make people laugh without even trying to. 
He is very loyal and will stand behind his friends through anything weather its a shoulder to cry on or someone to help them in a fight even though he despises war.

Victors parents were the keepers of one of the largest libraries in Illéa, His mothers name was Margret and his fathers name was Maddox, he had three older brothers Mark the oldest, Allen what was the second oldest, and Brent who was the second youngest. Unlike his brothers Vick always loved books and kept to himself, he often helped his parents take care of the library. His brothers would often bully him and make fun of him for how small he was, and because he kept to himself. His brothers wouldn’t just abuse him with words but they would often beat him up as well. The older he got the more of a recluse he became, he would usually keep to himself.

He can be a bit awkward, but he's blunt and honest as well. Despite this, he is most definitely not a push over. He's actually pretty intelligent and won't do anything stupid. Though, he can be a bit dense to certain things. He's extremely gentle and tends to worry a bit too much for others. He's soft spoken, but he's also pretty eccentric. He can be a bit weird and at other times, rather playful. Some times, he seems pretty carefree, but at others, believe it or not, can assume his role as Italy's crown prince. Though, he's often been told that it is a strange look on him, that of a serious person. It isn't exactly unbefitting though, just strange considering his usual demeanor. He does take his work and responsibilities seriously. The male is a bit too curious for his own good too, but he does know his limits and boundaries. He is a very observant person as well, often picking up on even the littlest things. He rather knowledgable, but even so, he seems to underestimate himself a lot. He doesn't seem to have much confidence, at least not confidence in himself or his abilities. He's not exactly the best at hiding his emotions, as they kind of show all over his face, even if he doesn't want to. - He's basically a housewife, and honestly, is more than willing to be so if it'll make his partner happy.
- He often finds himself taking on all of the work and responsibility by himself, not like to ask for help despite how stressful it can be.
- He's really good at doing other people's hair
- He's surprisingly rather generous toward the staff, occasionally giving them advice, whether it being work-related or a personal problem that they were having trouble fixing.
- Some of his actions can seem more child-like than anything, though, he gets embarrassed when compared to a child.
