What do you think after reading this chapter?

Oh Sephryn... What have you done? When your heart is so good and all you've ever wanted is to protect others, to be used in such a way is so supremely evil!

I really hoped that she would get back on track instead of further playing such a helpless toy in that cruel game :-(

At this point of the story I’m really missing a strong female with less naivety and self-pity. At some points of the chapter I just wanted to literally shake her....yes, you could still have your shoes, if you hadn’t been that naive, yes you’re right, you brought yourself into this, by keeping a secret no women ever should...But overall I have to admit it’s quite a masterpiece to raise such intense emotions with a written character.

Also great storytelling what’s going on in the mind of the emperor! I’ve got the feeling I learned more about his character in the last chapters than in the whole Legends. See him different now in a positive way and would have wished him to have his son on his side.
