May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Month! To celebrate and educate, the challenge for this month is to do one of two things (you can probably do both easily):

- Read at least 3 Asian Books this month (to further diversify the reading, read a book or two from the perspective someone that isn't from East Asia- ex. Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Pakistani, etc.)

OR

- Participate in Cindy's Asian Read-a-thon! Information on how to participate is down below!

If you're participating, what books do you plan on reading?

Hello! So I've read Counting Down With You (Bangladeshi) and gave it 4 stars, I'm going to finish a book called Butterfly Yellow (Vietnamese) and hopefully finish Silence of Bones! I'm also in the middle of reading the Dragon Republic which is taking me months to complete. If I finish that, that will be four books read for challenge!

But also remember to continue to diversify your reading to broaden your perspective of the world and it's diverse cultures and not just for a challenge! That's one of my reading goals of 2021!
