Mitzuki walked in and looked around, hoping someone was here
Koneko was sitting in the back of the class, reading
Mitzuki spotted someone and walked over "Hi" she said and sat in a seat next to him
Koneko jumped, his cat eats going down, "Are you talking to me?" he asked, then feeling dumb since no one else in the class
"yeah I am but who are you?" she asked while her tail wagged a bit

"I'm Koneko Takahashi, and you are?" Ko responded
"I'm Mizuki Suzuki and I'm a transfer from America" she said, she had a collar on that translated everything
"Nice to meet you I guess" he said
"what's your quirk if you don't mind me asking" she said and looked at him
"I have two. One is the Neko quirk, and I have Technique Reader"
"wait you have two as well!?" she said getting up, shocked that another person had two quirks
"Yes, I do"
"I guess I can tell you about mine" she said and stood up
"If you wish to do so I guess" Koneko replied flatly
Mizuki let her hand out flat and purple flame with a white center appeared in her hand "this is one of mine, it's called Flame" she said
"Nice" he commented, watching the flame dance in her hand
"and then my other one is Dragon Shift, which I can show you but I can't talk while in that form" she said and started to dig in her bag, pulling out a jar of dirt "please don't think I'm crazy for having this" she said and got some dirt in her hand
Koneko nodded in response
Mizuki shrank in size and was turning into something small and had wings (view spoiler) and let out a small roar
Koneko's tail wagged behind him, "Aww"
she let out a little dragon purr and started to fly onto Koneko's desk
Ko watched her in aw, cat ears picking back up
Mizuki saw that her jar of dirt and flow over to it and tried to knock it over but was to small to do it
He put his head on his hands as he watched her attempt
she finally gets the jar knocked over and makes some flowers grow with just letting her body touch the dirt
"Wow, that's amazing" he stared in aw at the dirt and blooming flowers
she backed up and curled up into the dirt, letting a rare flower bloom called "Juliet rose" and let out a small chirp
Ko's eyes widened, "I've never seen that flower in real life, only from my books"
Mizuki got up and walked to the edge of the desk and flow to the ground, transforming back "yeah, that was Dragon Shift. I can transform into any dragon and have their powers but some of them need their element while others don't" she said and put the dirt back in the jar, picking the flower up and handing it to him "here"
(I am confusing my other rp with this rp so hold on)
Ko nodded
Mizuki handed him the flower "here take it" she said and held it out
Ko gave her a small smile, "Thank you" he said, taking the flower
"I have no use for it but I think you'll like it though" she said wagging her dragon tail
"I do, thanks again"
"your welcome" she said waiting for class to start or kids to show up "what do you want to do in the meantime?" she asked
Mizuki looked at Akari "ooo new person" she said and sat down smiling

Koneko decided to leave them to their own conversation and brought his attention back to his book
"oh now I remember you" she said and smiled then looked at Koneko "can you tell her your name because I think I have told her mine" she said
Ko looked back up and nodded, "I'm Koneko Takahashi"
