At the top of the mountain grows the plant Dream Shade, a deadly poison whose only cure is magic water that flows through the mountain. Behind the bushes of deadly nightshade is a small cave with a small waterfall and pool of the water, the only cure for dream shade poisoning or any other injury for that matter. If you drink this water you will die if you leave the island because your wound or poisoning will re appear, worse than before.
