Hi Laura! I can't wait to read this with you. I'm going to try to get a bit of an early start tomorrow if that's okay with you. Without a head start, everything happening right now in life might slow down my reading quite a bit.

Ok i'm up to Chapter 19 So far there's a lot going on and i"m still trying to figure out who's who a bit

Alright I finished the book...It definitely felt like one long introduction to the series, moreso than a proper book?
Sorry that I've been a little slow in updating! This book is just dragging on FOREVER. It feels thick page count-wise and writing/worldbuilding-wise. I agree, it feels like a 500+ page introduction to the rest of the series.
