Archie walks here with the nurses that are carying kayden. They set him on a bed and start tending to his arms.

Archie stays back.

Iz drives up and asks Asher if he wants to stay here while she checks on Kay.

Asher nods

“Alright, get some sleep,” she whispers, kissing him on the cheek before closing the car doors but leaving the windows open a bit for air flow and locking the doors.

Asher falls asleep

Kay remains unconscious, the sedatives very strong.

The doctors stitch his arms.

Archie sits there

((It was only his right arm btw))

Kay still doesn't wake up, and his head is lolled to the side facing Archie. One may have thought he would look peaceful once sedated and asleep, but no. He just looked broken and weary, pathetic and sad.

Izzy walks in. When she sees Kay she bites her lip, feeling extremely bad, and feeling worse when she sees Archie.

The doctors finish and wrap his arm.

Archie goes over to Izzy.
“Hi. How’s Asher?”

"He's.. tired. And in a lot of pain. I think he pushed himself way too far, I was actually going to ask for some pain meds," she tells him, "How's Kay?"

Archie shrugs.
“He.. he’s....”

"Arch?" she asks softly, "You don't have to answer if you don't want to."

((Gtg sorry night!))

Kay starts to stir slightly, just the tiniest bit.

Archie goes over to him

((Night Sherly!!))

Iz walks over to a nurse. "H-hi.. I was wondering if I could get some painkillers for my husband?"

The nurse nods.
"Whats his blood type? And what is the dossage you want?"

((That's a really good question lol. Could you give me answers Eva?))

Izzy thinks, trying to remember.

After a minute, Kay peeks his eye open just the tiniest bit. When he sees where he is and remembers what had just happened, he mutters, "F*ck."

((Type A, the highest dose))

Archie looks at him

"His blood type is type A, and I need the highest dose you have, please," she replies to the nurse.

The nurse nods.
“ID?”

"Mine or his?" She was frazzled from everything that had happened and couldn't think straight.

“Yours”

Iz pulls out her ID, showing it to the nurse.

She nods and goes to the back

She waits patiently.

The nurse comes back and yov s her the meds

"Thank you," Iz tells the nurse, then goes to say hi to Kay and check up on him.

Archie sits there

((He wants them back at the end of the day. But oh well. How r u?”

((I'm alright, how are you?))

"How's he doing?" she asks him.

((XD))

Kay's still pretty out of it from the sedatives. "Mmph...why'd you..?"

"Hey bud.. how are you feeling?" Izzy asks.

Archie says nothing

"Like hell," Kay mutters hoarsely, closing his eyes again. He pauses, then opens his eyes once more and without looking at Archie says, "...An' betrayed."

"Kay.. you know we did what we had to.. Archie cares about you and you weren't going to willingly let them fix you up," Izzy tells him, rubbing his shoulder.

Kay tenses at the touch, mostly because of Izzy's response. "You're on their side?" he says in shock, feeling even more betrayed, his voice still coming out hoarse but now hurt, too. And the voice, it was back now, too. And it was telling him one thing over and over: he couldn't trust any of them anymore.

"Kay.. it's not about picking sides. It's about keeping you safe and that's all. You know I love you, Kay. I couldn't help my other family, let me help you," Iz begs, trying to reason with him.

Archie gets up and walks away tears rolling down his face. All he had been was there for Kay and this is what he got. He goes and sits in an empty room and cries.

Izzy sighs and shakes her head at Kay, then goes after Archie.

He grabs his hair pulling it.
“Kill me. Kill me” he keeps muttering

Iz sits next to Arch, taking one of his hands carefully. “Hey.. look at me Arch.”

Archie shakily looks up.

“Kay’s just.. emotional. Are you gonna be okay?” Izzy asks him worriedly.

Archie sniffles trying to suck it all back in.
"I-- i'm fine. I... I have to go Umm meet my therapist. Don't bother telling Kay where I'm going" he says getting up.

Iz nods. “Want a hug?” she asks.

He shakes his head.
"I umm..." he said shakily. "No thanks"

“Alright.. stay safe,” Iz tells him.
