Her room is well decorated, the rest of the bedrooms made into other rooms such as a library, a 'special room' and some other stuff.

Lu walked in behind Chiyo, looking curiously around the room.

Chiyo quickly shut the door on one of their faces as she put something in front of the door and the door to the 'room'. "Ok, we are safe now." She said with a sigh. "Would you like some Buffalo Chicken Dip?"

Lu blinked, taken aback by the randomness of the question. Then, finally said, "Yes, please. I'd love some."

She started to chop up some raw chicken and cook in in a pan. "I was going to make some today anyways so I figured I would make it now." She stated, looking at him with a smile. It smelled nice. "So, tell me about yourself."

They inhaled the air, mouth watering at the amazing smell. But before he could compliment Chiyo, they were hit by the question. "Hmm," he hummed in thought, "What would you like to know?"

"What's your story?" She asked, adding some hot sauce to the pan along with a tiny bit of salt. She reduced the heat slightly and let it simmer as she got some cheddar and cream cheese.

He chuckled, "What, like family history?" Their stomach grumbled at the smell of the food cooking.

"Just yours." She replied, adding a bit of cream cheese at a time, letting it melt then adding more to it. She was stirring it constantly so it didn't burn or stick to the bottom.

"My history. Huh." Lu thought about it. "Well, I'm adopted. My moms are very cool. Their names are Daisy and Nat. I also have a little brother Marcel, he's very sweet. He keeps drawing bad pictures of me." They smiled fondly.

She nodded, slightly jealous of him. "I wish I had a family, I'm also adopted, my birth parents left me in a dumpster where my actual parents found me and took me home." She said with a sigh. She added the cheddar to it now and grabbed some tortilla chips.

"My birth parents put me up for adoption because they knew I'd have powers." Lu said, leaning against the counter-top. "Well, not my birth parents. I like to call them my sperm-donor and surrogate. They haven't done shit to be called my parents." They smiled, it wasn't often he swore, but when they did, it was satisfactory. Especially when it came to his sperm-donor and surrogate.

She chuckled at what he called them a bit. "Dip's ready." She said, pouring it into a bowl and chips in another.

"Oh, thank God, I didn't know how much longer my stomach could resist," they said.

She chuckled and passed the bowls to him with a smile. It was absolutely fucking amazing to say the least.

Lu just about had a foodgasm when he took his first bite. "This. Is. Amazing." They took another bite.

"Thanks." She replied with a smile, taking a bite. "I make it weekly." She stated.

"I might be frequenting your dormitory more often," he said through a mouthful of food. Before realizing how disgusting that was. They swallowed. "Sorry."

She stared at him for a few seconds. "Oh fuck oh shit, please say that was a joke." She said, scared she accidently at some point enchanted him too, it's a fear she lives with every moment.

"What? No it wasn't!" Lu exclaimed, oblivious of her worries, "I love this dip!"

"Oh, ok it's about food." She said, relived.

"Well, what else would it be?"

"My powers." She replied with a sigh.

((so he doesn't know his exact sexuality, but they are in that questioning phase, so this could be interesting. Lu'll find out he doesn't like girls.))

"Oh." Then, they finally decided to mention it. "Speaking of, don't you think it's...weird that I haven't been affected yet?"

"Not really, it's not like it's always active it just very occasionally glitches and happens against my will, it can be negated if noticed right away." She replied. "Your probably like, Gay or Ace though."

Lu blinked. "Uh. Good to know...?" They leaned against the countertop. "That is, that is a lot. I mean, I knew I was probably not straight, but wow."

"Eh, it's just a guess, want me to try to make you fall for me to see?" She offered, if she didn't actually put much of any power into it it could be warded off or reversed.

"Sure...?" He nodded. "Yeah."

She used a tiny bit of her magic on him, she could choose to brute force him into thinking of only her, however she wants a friend, not another pest.

Lu didn't do anything. No grimace, no flinch. Nada. "So, are you doing it?"

"Ya, your gay." She replied. "I did it."

They blinked. "Neat. I'll be sure to tell my moms."

She chuckled at him and stroked his hair.

He scowled. "Do you have any more dip?"

"You just ate 2 kg of chicken dip.." She said with a blink. She then started to make more.

They chuckled. "It's your fault for making it so good!"

"Well I guess I have to make you more if it's the good." She said with a chuckle, she seemed more relaxed now that she knew she wouldn't accidently do something to him.

Lu's eyes shined. "Yes, make me more. But like, not if you don't want to, I don't wanna be a bother." He added the last part quickly.

"I'll make more." She replied with a chuckle as she checked her watch occasionally. "I'm glad you liked it." She put her hair into a bun as she cooked.

"Thank you," they smiled. "So, what are your hobbies?" he asked, for a lack of a better question.

"I cook, knit and write music, wanna hear something I made?" She offered with a smile.

"Of course!"

Lu listened closely, and by the end, their mouth was left in an 'O'. "You made that?!" they exclaimed. "It's AWESOME!"

"Thanks, it's just a hobby I do, I don't tend to leave the dorm a ton minus for classes." She said with a smile, she tends to get lonely so having somebody to talk with is a godsend. (Haha, get it?)

"The simp people must be a pain, huh?" he asked, sympathetic. Lu couldn't imagine what it must be like to not be able to talk to people. Yes, they were an introvert, but at least he had people around him.

"Ya, I can't go outside for fear they spot me or I make a new one, I can control it for a bit, long enough for me to go to class but beyond that I can't do much, I am all worn out and shit." She said, finishing the dip.
