We get the point of view of the killer throughout the story. Were you able to assemble any relevant clues to help you rule suspects in or out? What did you learn?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments The only clues I got from his point of view is the killer had a vendetta. For most of the story, I thought it was someone associated with the Heathcrest Academy maybe a student. The only clue that held to the end was the person was a little crazy with misdirected anger.

~Teresa No, not really. The only thing I picked up on was lots of anger and that the killer truly believed, however mistaken, that he was right in what he was doing.

Lisa - (Aussie Girl) Yes, I don't think the killer was directly mentioned till towards the end. Just someone who had a vendetta against Gordon Cordell. The Heathcrest connection was totally a red herring.

I also picked up on the anger and also that it probably had nothing to do with the Society or Cordell’s illegal abortions practice. Otherwise, I was clueless.

Lynn (ftbooklover) I kept honing in on this idea of him offering a choice and then killing everyone anyway, but I couldn't figure out what choice he had to make that he wanted revenge for.
