Sorry, am on my phone & it likes to disappear some of the words & I cannot edit. The end should say that it may be another character using their powers for the first time in the room full of injured.

Mona, did you delete your first post for a reason? Please don't, it makes the thread confusing. Are you still interested in finding this?

Sorry, that's not possible. Requests in the "Unsolved" folder are for people who have forgotten the name or author of their book -- but can identify it.
One option is to create a request in the "Suggest books for me" folder and ask for books with this type of plot or theme.
Another option is to search the group's discussion posts. There's often a previous request for a popular book.

But later on i did find the book, it was The Fae Chronicles Series.
Glad you found your book series, Mona. Here's the link for the first book - Fighting Destiny by Amelia Hutchins.

The Healer series by Maria V Snyder May have a scene like that in one of the later books but it’s not the heroine using her powers to heal for the first time in the room full of injured men but another character, I think.
