Does Shiorshis actually mean anything in any actual language?

What does Kyūketsuki mean?

XD Kyūketsuki means vampire in japanese. Shioshis doesn't have an actual meaning. Shiori means quiet poetry. I believe. It also means bookmark. I thought it sounded unique, I tend to make up words with no actual origin.

could i make a character with two different power levels? like most of the time he's like a 2 or a 3 but sometimes changes and becomes a 7 or 8? (i thinking more likely 7 though)?

wait where would i put him exactly? he can shift forms but does that make him infected (he turns into a 23ft tall T-Rex by the way (i have a funny plan for him!))?

well i believe he actually is infected (sorry it takes time for me to make a good character but i tend to jump the gun before its finished). he ain't a demon though and he doesn't crave flesh exactly, not human anyway.

can i have a character immune to psychic powers? (has none himself though save for a sensing ability and super instincts)

can there be a semi-secret organization, one trying to find a way for infected and humans to live (somewhat) peacefully?

or lookin for a cure, doing whatever it takes, murdering for the correct genome for the immunity, sedating people and brainwashing them, kidnapping children for recruitment, setting off bombs, being terrorists and what-not? like CURE (from Dead Rising) and the Fireflys (from The Last of Us) mixed together!

they are looking for a cure but not the rest(well not entirely). the leader is a peaceful guy, always looking to help people and all that, and wouldn't allow murdering for a cure (although threats are eliminated and infected that don't join them are considered open season), or kidnapping children (rescuing sure), and while the do set off bombs its mostly to blow up whatever is trying to kill them (or when Uncle Ferdie forgets which is explosive liquid and which is acid). the reason their secret is because many powerful infected want to rule humans or kill them off and hate the idea of peace with them (well the few that have tried do, most simply aren't smart enough or won't leave a certain area to try).

however i do like your idea though.

1. There are barbanders who are immune to psychic powers like mind control, as well as anything that directly correlates with psychic abilities. So yea.

2. There could be an orginization like that, however, the infected each have their own kings and queens, and so it would be very difficult to have them do that because the kings and queens are all pretty hateful towards each other.

i thought it would be around 21 to 23 century

its a suggestion only, although 3000 might be much. maybe 26 century? a lot of time for stuff develop and to get some big nasties oh and giant zombie hordes!

well i talked with someone, and they said it would take humans and infected 2 billions years to evolve into what they are, and they also said it would be impossible to retake any land with the four horsemen walking about

unless you add a whole lot of radiation and a lot of luck, then lot shorter time (also lot shorter life span if you're not lucky). also could someone tell me how i post a bleepin picture on goodreads? i can never remember how its done!

Yes. The four horsemen do exist in this roleplay. And one of them is famine (who helps the sickness get along). And I'm going to say from about the 21st century to the... 22nd century is when the zombies gradually took over. The Plague Lands were formed officially in the 23rd century. And the humans can't find a cure because the zombies continue to mutate into different versions of infected.

But the time now, specifically, late 23rd century. Going into the 24th. That way technology can still gradually evolve.

hey can i make a person that can turn into lots of animals? he has almost no other powers (besides some telepathy and able to understand animals) so i was hoping that would balance things out.

Yea. Though he would probably be apart of the bio district (If I remeber the name correctly).

this idea came to me recently (after being hit in the head by a tree actually), could someone make a character that is like the horsemen? he influences evolution like they do but isn't focused on humans entirely. i could send the full info on him if you like? also he's sort of the master of one of my other characters (the Trickster actually).

also earlier you said the monarchs wouldn't join an organization, and you would be correct there, but what about the freaks and outcasts? or simply those too strong to obey the monarchs but too weak to be considered monarchs themselves?

1. I'm actually currently working on having a few different "gods" you could say, besides the horsemen, that work to maintain their specific elements of society. Based on the Daedric princes of The Elder Scrolls Games. They'd be not entirely gods, however, they'd be highly powerful and respected demons from the plains of hell. And thus they have a direct influence on humans... So I could post all of their info, and you could take one. I know one of them will be Herma Mora (Hermaeus Mora), whom is the Demon Prince of Knowledge and only speaks to select humans.

2. I don't believe I informed you of this ealier, so sorry, but there is a thread in character creation, where you can start up your own gang. This gang can consist of your own characters, and anyone who wants their character to join would pm you. It could have its own intentions, (doesn't have to be bad), so yea. You could totally start up a gang looking to cure, I'm just saying that there wont be many monarchs of the infected interested, and several infected are non sentient/half sentient, so their blood lust and hunger would get in the way. But I'm sure that maybe some of the mixed blood humans would be interested.

i have idea for infected species! Hellhounds!

Hellhound- certain canines, when infected, gained semi-conscious as well as some abilities. these canines eventually had puppies together for about 100 years until the Hellhound was born. they have the ability to track over vast areas, not just physically but also psychically, and have over time become invisible to all but the infected (although some humans can see them). Hellhounds are strong, fast, and will never stop hunting a target once they've marked it.

wouldnt that be under infected animals?

I feel like they could be possible firebrand morphers. Hellhounds could be a nickname. But it would be a werewolf at first, whom was bitten by an infected pyro wolf.

oh i have a charrie called the Trickster i wish to make. problem is my idea of him is a very old spirit, one nearly as old as the Horseman, and who, like the Horseman, causes problems for humans in order for the to grow. he manipulates reality and causes strife and disorder wherever he goes, although he can't directly kill. he is the creator and control of monster blood oh and he intends to destroy the Horseman and rule as a god. so just your average family nut. so can i make him?

Hm. Well I'm actually making this time servant named Damara, and she has a master that has yet to be made. So if you want to make the Trickster her masterm that'd be cool.

okay thanks! also Grandma Oaka. a woman who is older than the Horseman and makes them look like newborn kittens. she rarely interferes but takes an interest when heroes and villians are born. (that would be made characters!) i don't won't to make her but perhaps you know someone who does?
