Lynn Wallace | 6 comments Hello! My name is Lynn Wallace and I write YA paranormal romance with a Christian twist. Maybe that sounds odd, but what it really means is that I use monsters to magnify the brokenness we find in ourselves and to showcase how faith is stronger than magic. I have two books out right now.

My first novel, "The Heart of Everything," features Emer, a reincarnated elven priestess as she struggles with the truth about her past and must choose between her two former lovers - Alex, a vampire, and Jesse, the son of the devil himself - one of whom is convinced she is the key to the salvation of his soul.

The second book, "The Supernatural Reasons Why I Love You," is a short story collection that features origin stories that trace the original trio of characters (Alex, Jesse, the priestess) all the way back to the very beginning. This collection also contains other paranormal romance shorts with new, never-before-seen characters!

Both books are available on Amazon, as well as Barnes and Noble, Walmart, Books-A-Million, and most eBook retailers.

Hi Lynn, Having read the Chronicles of Narnia series with my son, I don't think your description of your writing sounds odd at all. There are many more monsters and strange creatures in Lewis's novels that he uses allegorically to depict how the forces of evil lose in battle.

Thank you! They were my original ideas :-) - glad to know they're interesting! My husband actually helped me create the image for the short short anthology :-D.

Thanks for your encouragement! It's always great to hear that I'm not too far off the deep end XD.
