What characters do you love?

2. I can relate to her a lot! She has a good heart and all of her actions have a good intention behind them. She's also not perfect and she really suffered from PTSD after the events of the first book. Though I'm not 100% like her because I'm such an introvert, I can really relate to her.
3. I always loved Tris. From the first pages, I immediately fell in love with her but it wasn't until Insurgent that I started to relate to her and feel a more intense love for her. It's one thing to love a character and another to feel like they represent so much more than just a fictional character.
4. If I hadn't read the Divergent series, I still wouldn't be completely okay with my PTSD and how I was processing my trauma. When I read Insurgent, I had just left a school where all my classmates refused to accept my mental illness and they were mean to me because of my flashbacks. Tris made me feel so validated and seen. Even though I don't think the book explicitly stated that she had PTSD, it was clear to me from her symptoms that that was what she was experiencing.
5. I wish the movies, especially the last two, had done Tris justice. I almost felt like by the third movie Tris had morphed into somewhat of a bland character :(
1. What character do you love, and why? (personal reasons, anything mentioned above?)
2. Can you relate to this character? What aspects of them?
3. When did you start loving this character? Did it happen immediately, or was it a process as you read, or was there an "aha" moment?
4. How might your life now be different without your character coming into it?
5. anything else?
