Since Europe used to reside here, most of the buildings in the city are built on the ground, but for safety reasons have been baracaded at the bottom, despite the fact that mutants still got in and killed all the humans stupid enough to stay in there. The city is usually very dark at night and seem to be a place where Mutants seem to stay at the most to feed off of the already dead corpses they might find laying around.
