Yes, that's the one. It's such a nice short and relevant name, and yet I find myself forgetting it. Thanks!
She (female protagonist) is one of the few people who have temporarily passed away but revived due to a disease which brings people back from the dead with a few caveats, such as lower emotional responses, stronger physical attributes, and less physical needs (i.e. food); level of the aforementioned traits is dependent on length of time passed away. A boy who recently went through the process has come to the facility that she is based in and interacted with her as if she was considered normal; however, she is a part of an elite group who has passed longer than most and thus is much more distant in every way than others. After a while, she becomes enamored by the boy.

I can remember a lot about the book except the title. ;-;
