Hi,

I was wondering, did it bother anyone that Sorcha was very young compared to Red? She's 16 and he's 22 at the end of the book, and when they initially met, she was 15 if not younger. I do believe age is just a number and Sorcha acted older than her age. Sorcha and Red had an amazing relationship, and their age difference doesn't affect that the book is great, but in the back my head I just felt like she's still so young (and it's weird that Red would be attracted to a 15 year old...................)

Yeah I agree. She was actually 14 when they first met, it was just creepy. I've seen the same thing in other fantasy books that were written around the same time.

maybe it's because back then people got married younger.. I'm at the beginning of the book and she is twelve (almost 13) and she acts pretty grown up for her age, still childish in some areas though..
