The One question

I kinda liked Celeste from the start, she was a sassy i-do-what-i-want kind of person and then she broke down and opened up and i loved her...
then she died and i couldn't even.

I feel sad that she died and surprised because I know she was mean but she did change at the end, I never thought she would be shot. so I am sad about that.

I loved her to pieces! she was my favourite character.

At first I didn't like (I think you know why). And then this sudden heart change and suddenly she was favorite character. I don't know what happened. Like why all of a sudden, people don't change like that. That aside, I was sad she was murdered, because after the heart change she was my fav and didn't deserve to die. And she added a little spice to the book, she was the villain that got in the way, (you know when America isn't ruining every thing herself.) and she was a much different character then the other goody too shoes and quite girls. So I was sad when she was suddenly gone. ( I don't know if this is just me, but her death feels meaningless, it was like one sentance she was shot and then it was mentioned till the end of the book)

I hated Celeste at first (all through The Selection and The Elite) but I loved her once she opened up! I really wish that she hadn't died. :(

I read the line and had to read it over and over again. I thought I read it wrong the first time because it was written so... casually, I guess? I was finally beginning to like her. Damn you, Kiera.

I was a little surprised and had to re-read it twice since it's basically a split second in book format.

I was grieved by the fact that Celeste died and I was almost not going to finish the book (but then i had already predicted the end and just wanted to see how kiera cass wrote it, i am talking about the last wedding scene).

I have to reread the paragraph of her death a few times just to absorb what really happened. To be honest, I like Celeste over Kriss and the others so I was so sad when she was gone. :(

I remember reading the part where she died and just continuing on, not believing it had happened. I went on for about a half a page before I realized it and screamed, "What?!"

while i was a bit surprised seeing as they had come so far to understand one another, i'm not entirely surprised. they needed to have an ending for her story since i don't know that we would see spin-offs of the girls from the series.

I was pretty upset

I was shocked and sad that she died.
