Veronica mentioned the cover of Terra Nullius and it is clear that at some point someone realised they could redo the cover in the colours of the Aboriginal flag... - The black symbolises Aboriginal people.
- The yellow represents the sun, the constant re-newer of life.
- Red depicts the earth and peoples' relationship to the land. It also represents ochre, which is used by Aboriginal people in ceremonies.

Regarding comfort reads I know a fair few people who like murder mysteries as comfort reads. Mine was always the Lensmen series and they blow up entire planets :-)
My comfort reads are cozy mysteries. I’m reading a lot of them lately. It’s been a really crappy few weeks.
I'm definitely on board with Goblin Emperor as a comfort read. Crappy things happen to the main character, he gains the power to take revenge and chooses kindness instead. It's really comforting to see a character who refuses to be dragged down into the muck. I reread it in the (literal/metaphorical) dark of last winter just to feel better.
Youtube stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFjul...By the way, Cordwainer Smith's short story The Game of Rat and Dragon has a cat, so it's comfy.

Yes, interesting. I just did some very superficial research and found two book covers. The one here on GoodReads has a white sky and a golden sun:

But, the one on both GoogleBooks (my reader) and Amazon (I guess also Kindle then) has a golden/yellow sky and a red sun with award mentions and a blurb from another author:

I haven't checked any other sources for any more book covers. I honestly don't know which book cover predates the other, or if they are different covers for different markets.
[edit]I also just noticed having both covers on the screen at the same time that the circles/light waves are different between the two, so it wasn't just a simple re-coloring. They are two completely separate artworks, variations on a theme if you will.
I was able to get the print edition from the library and it has the cover with the yellow top portion and red sun.

Bottom cover, orange/red/black, is from the US publisher.
The second edition published in Australia is white/black/red
Speaking of good movie scores, for a couple years now I’ve been highlighting them on Twitter with the hashtags #TrikeTuneTip and #MondayMovieMusic. I recently added #TuesdayTVTunes to the repertoire.Apparently we can’t link to other sites on here any more, so I can’t embed the tweets, but you’re smart, you can find it.
The Aboriginal Flag is copyright in Australia so I'd guess thats why the colour choices are different in the Australian market.
There have been calls for the Oz government to buy the copyright and give it the Aboriginal people.

It should be uncopyrighted and free to use. Many government buildings fly both the Official Oz flag and the Aboriginal flag. A few states, where appropriate, also fly the other, less well known internationally, Australian Indigenous flag of the Torres Strait Islanders.
