Probably my #1 favorite book of all times. Also, that will probably sound mean and evil, but (view spoiler)[ Bunny deserved what he got (hide spoiler)]

Just finished! Confusingly, I'm simultaneously devastated and elated over this.

Isn't it crazy that Donna Tartt gets us to root for Bunny's murder? For the first third of the book, he was such a likeable character! I really can't reconcile how likeable all these characters are and yet how terrible as people they are (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[that's truth! I really don't know how, but Donna Tartt shows the characters as awful people, but yet, she makes us love them. How couldn't we? Francis owns my heart! I even like Henry! I know that some people are like: "Henry decided to murder Bunny, and also tried to kill Charles", but I can't feel like hating him! But sorry, I hated both Bunny and Charles. Bunny is such a homophobic person, and the whole "I'll tell it I won't tell it" thing was really annoying. And Charles was soooo bad to Camilla! I mean, come on, she's your sister! But I love all the other characters (hide spoiler)]

Also, (view spoiler)[ am I the only one who feels like Julian had something to do with the murders? Or at least knew about them? (espesially the first one). There was that part of the book when Julain said to Henry: "You should always do what is necessary" and that feels like having a deeper meaning. It's like he says him that if it is necessary, you must kill.. (hide spoiler)]
