question though, i didn't see anything about it so i was curious. I know some groups allow it and some don't. What would this group's standing be on hybrids?

alright, and one more question regarding scavengers,
since this takes place after the books, what would be like, the current development of humans? (like, how we have different stages and eras. caveman, village people, tribes, etc) (not sure if this one makes sense)

i mainly asked about hybrids because i *maybe* want to add deepsea, but i'm not sure. rn, the only dragon I know I'm adding is my bby nightheart

what about scavengers?
( say I want to make two scavengers, three dragons. or, three scavengers and two dragons. would that be acceptable as long as it remains as 'five' or would there be a separate limit on scavengers? )
