Francis Cottam's Dark Echo, mainly set on a small yacht, is fantastic. Great mood and good characters. And scarier than the usual ghost story.
another +1 for Adrift. Especially as I've had in my backlog for a while now.
The RuinsI just picked this one up, but I hear its good. :) I haven't started it yet but maybe we can read together?

Kind of funny. Reading Hostage by Clare Mackintosh. But it is a thriller, not horror. My suggestion: In the End, There's a Plane Crash by J. Sharpe.
