A dubitare delle persone con cui è cresciuta, a trovare la forza in sé stessa e quella sicurezza che in cuor suo le è sempre appartenuta. Cambiare il modo di vedere la vita e ciò che la circonda sarà una delle debolezze più grandi di Anthea, lei che ha sempre trovato la bellezza in ogni piccolo dettaglio della sua vita monotona e noiosa. Si renderà conto che ha sempre vissuto in una teca di vetro, al sicuro, come la più bella delle rose. Ritornerà in Italia e in quella meravigliosa terra, aprirà per la prima volta gli occhi alla realtà e a porte del passato ricche di segreti, sepolti dalle persone che ha sempre avuto vicino. Si ritroverà coinvolta in una vita futura che non vuole e proprio quando tutto sembra ormai perso, senza una via d'uscita, un finale scritto a lieto fine per le persone che la circondano, arriverà l'individuo temuto senza nome né volto, nominato da bocche potenti, colui che agisce nel buio e guida le sue marionette fedeli. Anthea diventerà una marionetta, scapperà o deciderà di trovare la chiave per la fedeltà dell'individuo senza nome?
L'individuo senza nome è temuto oltre i confini del mare, i sussurri sul suo possibile aspetto sono tanti e lui, che agisce nel buio, può passare inosservato anche nelle strade più affollate.

A friend who is more of a friend when both are doing badly. A job she got due to dropping out of college. .A boss she doesn't know how to talk to because she "thinks" she's interested in him. Add being monosyllabic and withdrawn.Come in and take a look at the mess that is in her head, hidden behind a desk answering phones, Eliz is repetitive, uncoordinated, anxious, full of insecurities, she is afraid of her shadow, kind of crazy but with a good heart.
