RULES OF THE CHALLENGE

All books used must be a minimum of 100 pages long - Page length determined by HARDCOVER 1st edition. If there is no Hardcover, then the most popular paperback governs page #.

You may read in any format - text, audio or e-book.

You MUST finish the book before you can claim credit for completing a task.

A book may be used for only one task, even if it would satisfy the challenge for multiple tasks.

The book is about Diana and how her life is affected when she gets Covid. But included in her recovery is her own coming to terms with her mother's lack of attention and love to her when she was young and mostly being raised by her father. Her mother has Alzheimer's and Diana receives a stunning revelation right before her mother dies.

Woman on the Edge of Time by Marge Piercy The 3 doctors and the nurse who were the treatment team for Consuelo (Connie) Ramos while she was confined on the psychiatric ward (the majority of the book)...Dr. Redding, Dr. Acker, Dr. Morgan and Nurse Roditis. The reader never learns their first names but they interact with her numerous times. FINISHED 11/6

Stories from her life in Afghanistan as a child and teen with her parents, grandparents, and siblings.

* Health - Read a book that features a doctor/nurse main character (tell us who)--Cynda and the City Doctor: 50 Loving States, Missouri by Theodora Taylor--finished 1/8/2022. The hero is Dr. Prince who bought out Cynda's late father's practice. Cynda is a nurse who he fires but who worked together when he was doing his fellowship.
