Alimin Waloyo Hi I am currently reading the power of habits. I am not done yet reading this book, though. I found the cues and responses are pretty interesting topic. What do you think?

Don's Bookshelf I think this topic helped me understand better ways to modify my habits by changing my responses to certain cues. Its hard to eliminate many cues because they are often things that just occur in our lives but if you change the responses to things that are more productive you can get more done.

Conversely, I've used different rewards to make myself do more routines. For example, when I am feeling like I want to do something unproductive like playing a video game, I have begun to tell myself that if I do a ride on my stationary bike then I can have time to play. Cue: desire to play games, routine: bike ride, reward: time on video game.
