BTW, it was Alondra who nominated the name of our new book club, On The Same Page.

The mods put in their choice of names and we picked Alondra’s.

Eileen, I'll PM you. Re the 12 + 4, there's a category for it here and some of us have moved our list from LOBA over here -- you are certainly encouraged to do likewise if you like!

Amazon Web Services had some serious issues all day and many sites were affected, inc. GR. Made me realize how dependent I am on GR.;)

I'm curious too as to what happened. Will LOBA still exist? I was confused why the name just wasn't changed instead of a new group being formed.

LOBA will still exist; but it is Mary's group, not ours.

GR went down due to Amazon going down. It affected all platforms

I like the name. Gonna take a while to get used to the initials, but I have trouble remembering my birth date so that's ok with me. LOL

It's apparent there were some things that happened, and it sounds as though you guys made the best decision and allowed us to find our ways best, so thank you.

I moved the existing December color challenge over, but not all the comments. However there weren't many comments on the old page, and most of the month is left, so you should get most of the same benefit out of the one here. :)

About the monthly group reads - Are the 3 books chosen in the LOBA group - Winter Solstice, The Mystery of Mrs. Christie, and In a Holidaze - being carried forward to On the Same Page as this group's monthly reads for December 2021?
